If you didn't read manga don't spoil yourself !!
Takemichi manage to save Senji from dying but he has "failed" to save Draken.
Chifuyu blamed him for that. and this is the video saying "If I know it all then. Would I do it again?"
That means Chifuyu regrets blaming takemichi for draken's death..
