I literally don't understand why its so hard to make wizard city free, it would literally make the free experience so much better and actually show challenging fights that would get you into the game unlike the free version right now. All the fights are so easy that I would much rather much a youtube video of someone playing something else.
For anyone having trouble with stage 4. Craft the third ice deck. Have in 9 ice shields, 3 fire elfs, 3 fire blades, 2 phoenix’s, 1 fire dragon, 1 fairy, and 2 sprite’s. This setup usually always works for me. On second floor spam ice shields until you get 6 pips. Then fire blade and then use dragon when you get 7 the next turn. The ot usually ends up killing them both but have a fire elf handy. I don’t even need my healing pet and end up using sprite only once.
Wow that setup would cost so much. With deckathalon deck 3 I am usually able to beat stage 4 using 10 shields, 1 sprite, 5 fire elves, 2 sunbirds and 3 phoenixes.
I have lvl 4 deck with 125 hp jewel. I just use 4 shilds, 2 fortify, 4 life sprite, on fairy, use 3 fire blades, two fire traps, two hex, Use one storm snake, one, shark, kracken, fire i use fire Snake, firebug, firebats, 2 metors, fire bird, phonix, 2 firedragon, can add the dragon tc use a hex, and fire blade. Shield heal depends on if your pet heals lol if the minions do not add a towet first round try to hit :) just depends on hp I like to sprite then shield. add fire blade shield save up for fire dragon remeber mana make sure you have at lest 7 mana use sprite first off then shield. Even though I haven't played this game in ages and still have questions on whether or not this game is pay to win (in the extent that crown gear is better or that you have to use damage elixir potions in order to progress farther in the game) but your videos are making me want to play the game more and more! I definitely would not mind paying the membership!
did you know that on servers in different countries not only are spells differently designed but the game's payment formula is completely different? On the china server you didn't have to pay for areas you could grind for them.
thus the reason that china server was eventually closed, a game like this requires a way of income if you could just play the entire game for free then the game will quickly close its doors, it would require such a dedicated fan base that would buy things that dont progress them or even donate money to keep it running
Survivalstar I would have to disagree, games like fort nite prove that with separate systems of bringing in income like cosmetics and loot boxes (especially the latter) you can have the appeal of a free game to bring in tons of new players and still turn a profit. Plus rich players will still pour out cash to get the access they want, besides the way I heard it the China server shut down because of some sort of scandal in the representative they were using to host the game there.
Last night i was in like top 240 on the leaderboards with about 600 points. My strategy that works very consistently is to pack about 10 ice shields, 6-7 fire elves, 1 fire blade, 1 scald, 2 sun birds, 2 fire cats and 1 sprite (for emergencies). Everything but scald is easily bought from argleston, and the scald is crafted after each win. I can beat the first fight with usually just an elf and bird, but also use a cat to finish it off if i need to. Second fight, start with 2 shields l, then fire blade, then scald. If scald doesn't kill both of them finish them with fire elves, shield between attacks as needed. Last fight start with shield then bird then elf then cat or elf depending on how much hp he has left. Shielding between attacks as needed. I've been running the fourth deck but this strategy is also pretty doable with the third deck you just might cut it a bit closer on tc.
I usually go for 13 shields 4 elves 4 sunbirds 1 drake 1 helephant 3 blades and it rocks pretty well. first fight I double sunbird with shields or sunbird and an elf (depends on how much damage your first sunbird does and if he shields twice) second fight I go for shields until 6 pips then I blade and drake which finishes them off. Third battle I got for shields and then elf followed by a helephant which will kill him

I'm a new player trying this event for the first time. I came to youtube because stage 3 was causing me so much trouble, I kept running out of spells by the time I could kill the 2 monsters in the second room. Seems like unless I'm a high level with a deck that gives me a bunch of space for TC there's little I can do.
Honestly 1 grind stage 2 I get out in less than 5 minutes and less than 15 for 4 runs do 32 points every 10-15 minutes. Not good for high leaderboards but keeps me in between 70-80
Could you please not skip as much as you did in this video, I like to follow what is happening in each battle (what spells everyone used, how much damage is being dealt, what shields, traps, charms, etc are used), and the skipping makes it difficult, I honestly would prefer a longer video. Aside from that this is a great video, please do more wiz videos like this and please do this also for the other deckathalons when they come out as well!

use overtimes to avoid tower shields and use ice shields to guard from attacks. fortify is also very useful for defense over multiple rounds and added with ice shield and deck block, they do almost no damage
Nope, you just get 2 extra free daily credits, which you can buy 4 of for a 1000 gold when you run out. The thing you might need member for is getting to a tc vendor elsewhere in the Spiral if you need a certain tc for a strategy you're trying
