Started playing Wiz in Kindergarten and iʻm now going into my Junior Year of highschool and soon my 17th birthday. Years of laughter and love from both you and Ethan were what made me so happy to keep playing and loving the game. I still remember the very first video I watched from you (Darkmoor Walkthrough Part 1). Watching your videos while playing always made me feel like I was playing with friends, which was amazing cause no one I knew IRL played Wiz. I too feel my love for the game fleeting and often find myself thinking about the first time I played it. The graphics, the bright colors, the enchanting music, it all felt so new and fresh and magical...life just seemed better. Perhaps itʻs just because I was a little kid. Nostalgia is one hell of an emotion. Watching you leave reminds me of Ethan and I know you will go onto better things like he did! Love you so much and thank you for raising me!!!❤
Blaze, you and Ethan leaving the game has been the worst thing for the Wiz community, you are the backbones of this game I’m so sorry Kingsile ripped the joy out of this game from you!

This might not be the end, but it’s been awhile! I will always end up checking back on Blaze Life Hammer when I play this game. Playing the game and having his walkthroughs play in the back are always amazing! Playing a game and continually uploading on the game for multiple’s of years at some point there is a stop, and I think it has finally hit that point. I’m sure we will hear back from him again but it might be awhile. Keep doing what you are doing and just remember lots of people care for you! ❤

Honestly I find it very funny, does it reduce the value of the currency? Yeah for sure, but ki deserves it in many ways, this game is such a scam when it comes to the crown shop

They were given the code and it's a glitch in KI's system that people just exploited, I'd argue it's just as immoral if not more to punish somebody because of a mistake you made and someone else benefitted from, KI has benefitted financially for over a decade on this game and it's not like their selling something that has a finite amount of whatever the product is, there is literally infinite crowns that can be generated, so if you can generate an infinite amount of something and your charging people for said item, you are just as immoral as the person taking from an infinite source of wealth

I played this game again in 2017. Ever since then I've progressed a lot more than my previous accounts where I just farmed housing dungeons like an idiot thinking it would be easy to level up.
I'm currently in Azteca level 86 fire and I'll always remember watching the old videos of Blaze and his friends going through the housing dungeons or castle darkmoor, 🏰 even the life and death walkthrough with Tara as well as the streams. Thanks for the fun Wiz memories Blaze ❤

@Donte Brown the difference is they made it public, no one hacked into their system, they put it out there without making sure it wasn't redeemable multiple times and they keep making the same mistake

I wonder if someone spammed these crown codes and went to sell their account for real money. Like if they continuously redeemed crowns that was worth like $500 and sold it for like $100 or $250. They could keep that money and the person who bought the account would eventually lose out on that money and account. This would be really slimly if it was done but I am sure at least ONE person did that.
I stopped playing wizard 101 a long time ago. I come back maybe once a year every now and then for nostalgia. I also check up on blazelifehammer every once in a while and sad to see the same video from 5 months ago and no more videos :( I hope he posts one last video for closure I literally grew up with his videos. Does anyone know what happened?

with how much wizard101 is pay to win, i dont feel any sympathy for kingsisle. especially with how greedy they have been/are regarding the game with memberships and how much of the game is free to play. you shouldn't have to pay money to play the game, and then also pay money to get the best gear in the game.

The only crazy thing that i experienced similar to this is using the 2014 membership 7 day code, that should've expired ages ago, in 2022.

I usually will see Blaze videos around Test Realm times and that got me excited about Wiz again. I would come back and play for awhile and leave as usual. Like once or two a year just for nostalgia. I do not know if he will return for Wallaru or do any last videos to say goodbyes. Can't blame em for not returning though...for KI being greedy and making mistakes and such. All we can do is hope for his returns.

Why couldn't they just rollback accounts that abused the glitch to before any codes were redeemed? I think that would be a perfectly fair way of dealing with this situation. By now obviously it's too late, but it seems like it should've been a simple enough solution, the blame isn't entirely on the person as KI also made a massive mistake.

This game seriously needs a remaster or a sequel or something like that to redo the systems and general experience , like how you gather resources for crafting, changing realms to gather stone is not gameplay ,also farming the same boss 100 times for a hat it is not fun especially when i PAY for subscription its to grindy for not a free game and the combat of buffing and hopping you will survive to hit gets stale . I don't think it needs more content for now it has a lot ,what it really needs is fresh gameplay and to go free to play or at least to became worth of my money.
Every time players say this about any game ever it ends up getting completely ruined. the only surviving example is oldschool runescape.

I fail to see how this is the players fault at all. Nowhere in the TOS does it say that players are obligated to NOT use codes multiple times if found. All of the accountability should be on the shoulders of the Kingsisle employee(s) who made the code in the first place, and all the employee(s) who didn't test the code properly, and all the employee(s) who didn't retract the code after it was released.
What an absolute garbage fest. People losing their accounts because of Kingsisle's incompetence. As sad as it is, it's not surprising to see that Kingsisle is still blaming everyone else for their own mistakes.

It really doesn’t make sense why KI can’t make the game free. Like they won’t lose much. If anything, they’ll gain more. Obviously keep the crown system and such but let us play the game for free. Maybe even try putting it on console lol. Anything else will help

Blaze, it truly is sad to see you give up on a game that you used to enjoy so much. Burnout hits hard, I know it. I found my way back, and maybe you will as well. Um hot take if a developer makes a mistake and the community capitalize on it. Its on the developer to fix it not to ban people for their mistakes
KI would've been losing money if they allowed this exploit to stand. Yes, they have some blame for not implementing proper measures to prevent this drivel from happening, but so do the people that took advantage of it; They basically stole from the company, my guy. By all accounts, as overpriced as crowns are and as garbage as the loot box stuff is, those who exploited this deserved their bans.
@@Xunizal I disagree. KI doesn't deserve some blame they deserve ALL the blame. It's their game & their crown system, if there's a mistake they made in it, then it's their fault & only theirs.

THAT BEING SAID, the exploit being possible might not be the fault of the exploiters, but they DO very much deserve their bans for taking advantage of it. Taking advantage of that means KI loses money, and understandably, no company wants that, even if said company might not have the best morals.

HOWEVER....
Does that justify actually taking advantage of the exploit instead of just reporting it as you should upon discovering it? Does that at all solve the problem concerning crowns as a whole? No, this exploiting is a symptom of the problem, and people will take advantage of exploits like this when they pop up, as futile as the efforts are, given that they will understandably be banned anyway, especially in more egregious cases; They shouldn't be surprised when they get banned after taking advantage of an exploit. Now if KI was to fix this nonsense (Like making crowns not so bloody overpriced), as doubtful as I am of that given their apparent incompetence, then perhaps the exploiting wouldn't be as prominent.
I don't see myself replying further, but again, no one's in the right here, but problems like this could be prevented if KI got off their cold, Wintertusk-frozen backsides and actually made healthy changes to their game. That, and remove those loot boxes, especially since they shouldn't be in a game targeted towards children. It hurts, considering this is a game I'm fond of (Played it since I was a kid, but never bothered with that loot box stuff)...in spite of some of it's more egregious flaws.
Also talking about The Crown's scandal.I still haven't account that is unbanned.That has 4 million crowns.And yes I was lucky enough to have this person added on my friends list

Imagine you get a check for ten thousand dollars and you go on your usaa app to cash it in and then have the audacity to try and cash it a second time and you notice that by some glitch it goes through so you do it 100+ more times. Next thing you know the cops are banging on your door and you're getting arrested. That's on YOU.

It's just a fancy paywall. If Kingsisle wanted money, they'd make a playable game. Not continue overcharging for 5% of one.

Anyone who used the infinite code multiple times are going be banned and the ones who did it once probably get a 10yr muting I have been gifted in game at random times and I would keep the items in tje gift box for least a week since I figure the devs would be like oh this player didn't open it in case someone did it against rules i could show KI devs I never opened any gifts so far been lucky not to have any other players scam me or the game but did have people asking for my username and password i was sure its Iknowurascammer and pass was ucanttrick me lol
