- Trier is more lovely, beautiful and interesting then I expected! So I wanted to make a video covering all the important and not important things that are in Trier.
I was also surprised to find out that Trier is also the oldest city in Germany. However underrated on the list to visit, most likely because it is small.
If you would like to support & donate my silly little videos: ko-fi.com/helloerika
But I'm excited to learn more about the city and places to go/visit.

Hope you enjoyed the video! Thank you so much for watching I appreciate you and you matter ✨
St Maximin is nowadays a private school and inside the supposed church there is an Gymnasium. Greetings from Trier
You should go to the “Petrisberg” 🥰 it’s beautiful up there.
Perfect for playing beachvolleyball too 😌
Very entertaining, good sense of humour and nice quick pace. Thanks.
The only thing you misunderstood is the sign at 3:26. It doesnt mean bike free, it means it is allowed to ride bikes there!
I visited Trier as a child 22 years ago, I should really visit it again soon!
I borned there man so much memories (now i live in italy so pretty sad when i remember that times)😪
My grandparents originated from this area in Germany. My parents moved abroad but I was fascinated with Roman history since I was little. I've spent the last 5 months here in Germany with my extended family and Trier is wonderful to see by foot in any season. If you're nearby this city, and you love history and old cobblestone streets to wander in, I highly recommend spending a few days here.
Sending love.

Wow what a beautiful city! I love the juxtaposition of the incredible historic buildings and the unexplained giant feet statues. Chef's kiss. Hello from a fellow recently-graduated design student!
You should definitely do a video on your top towns, cities or just specific places to visit in Germany.
This was not on my radar. Thanks for sharing. Trier looks amazing. Glad you enjoyed it. We will be around there on our World tour which starts in 2025 if not before. Thanks for the inspiration. If you like travel, culture, food and fun, you might like what we are doing. Cheers to you and your travels.
Hi nice to know more about Trier. Honestly its our first time there yesterday. But we didn't goes all around the places, but since i watching you just right now. We want to go back there some couple of days maybe and we thank you that you show us all the beauty of Trier❤Happy morning
Came for the information, stayed for the witty humor!
Must be one of Germanys most beautiful cities, hope to visit Trier this year, so underrated! Nice and funny representation.
Erika I love your vlogs so much! Pls keep going!
Wow! been planning for Trier for sometime. With the 9eur ticket i can visit along the way to Luxomburg. Thanks for the video!
Great Job! Loved your narration and sense of humor!
It was an educational video, and it gives a good message: as long as we can travel and afford it, we should do it. Being with friends as traveling is killing two birds with one stone.
We're going to Trier tonight, thanks for the video! There's a Tex Mex place (Chicana) and a BBQ place, are they good?
Erika, my algorithm has recently pulled your videos into my feed and I’m sooo happy for it! I love your humour! Please keep making more videos for us all to enjoy! x
Great video! congrats and danke for the information ☺
What a cute and fun video! Love the way you edit and omg there seems to be soooo many things to do there. I really need to go back to Germany...
This is a pretty good guide for Trier! Would like to visit one day. I especially liked them hamburgers!
Beautiful city.

I didn't realize that there was so much more to do in Trier. It definitely makes me want to go back. Maybe I'll apply for that Sushi chef position too. 😁
I'm going to visit Trier tomorrow and this was just what I was looking for. It's very informative, to the point, and with a lot of humor which makes it engaging. Also, appreciated the food suggestions. I have been watching a lot of these travel videos and yours has been one of the best.
Hiya, how did you like the city? I'm going this Saturday lol
Seems to be beautiful place
Will surely visit
Culinarywise you definitely have to visit the Weinstand as well as Buddik Banlieue
What a youtube channel 🤤❤️
very thourough!
your guide helped a lot during our stay at trier last week. many little sights we would normally just would have skipped. My wife thinks she have seen you Wednesday evening in the city centre taking pictures is that possible?
Happy to hear that the video helped 😊 Yeah I was taking some videos yesterday :D i was most likely wearing a yellow shirt if it was in the afternoon
Thank you for the interesting video. BTW as you apparently reflected a lot where to settle down in Germany, why did you choose Trier ? More interestingly: how do you manage to go on a flight trip from Trier? I think it takes 2.5-3h with public transportation to go to FFM. Might be longer than the flight itself.
You can fly from Luxembourg
@@lominaaa7055 Thank you !

Tem igrejas que fazem muita referência a Deus, mas pouco sabemos de Deus. Um espetáculo ver essas igrejas.
For a french like me, its very strange to see a entirely baroque city ! We don't really have this in France, we are the nation of the gothic and classicism except some churches but not lot of...
Es lebe Trier!
Can I please get the name of the classical piece played in 1:40? It's soo well known but I just can't find it..
It's a royalty free song: Sylvia (delibes) by the Dneaky Dude. But i does sound similar to a classical piece which i unfortunately dont know the name of :(
@@helloerika oooh, so I mixed it up.. 🙈 Thank you so much tho, I found you yesterday and I've already watched all your videos.. 🙈🙈 Also for anyone searching for the same piece: Leo Delibes: Sylvia - Pizzicato
The fact that I live here and know how trier actually is makes me laugh
I enjoy the video. Thank you very much for the posting. One thing though people who study history are not lame and you should take the cursing out of your video. My opinion of course but it does not Elevate you to say that
i watched your video before i went over to Germany we ended up going to Trier and had to get a Mr Box Tea :D was trying to tag you int he pic btu i dont know how lol dam old boomers :P
I would never have expected that I ever got to see a T-posing Karl Marx, but here we are.
Erika かわいい
Ty tam někde okolo žiješ? Mamka bydli vedle, vee wassserbillig a docela by se hodila kámoška 😅
Menni wo sin die Trierer in den Kommentaren
Karl Marx another good reason to visit of course.
Not for everyone but some people prefer Guildo Horn 😄
