Regarding electricy, an ex used to work billing for an electric company in one of the major cities in the philippines. She said it's not unusual for ppl to tap onto someone's meter. Might want have someone check if that's the case for you.
This corner of the island is expensive and is quickly pricing itself out if the market, especially with what happens in the area. I could go on but will stop at that.

I avoided the rip off condos when I moved to cebu. My wife and I bought a 3 bed 2 bath HOUSE in Tungkil for $108,000. We are using all the extra space to add another bedroom, another full bathroom, and a porch on the second floor overhanging our screened in 1st floor porch. 3x the space of a 2 bed/1 bath new construction condo in Manduea. That condo was going for $500k. Condos here are rip-off shoeboxes for the dumb status seekers. Buy a house in the suburbs , more bang for your buck. After we finish the renovations on our home, we are flipping it for $160k and building a home on Bohol. Not a bad return for 2 years of time and about $4k in renovations. Avoid the condo trap.
@@user-kd4pg8eb7z thats because you are married though. Im sure know that foreigners cannot buy land. But yeah I would not buy a condo. Great video man thanks. For those who don’t know where he started this video if he would pin the camera right or left, you would be horrified because it looks totally different than what it showed in this video. It’s a squatters area with a dirt garbage and pollution because of nonstop and I mean 24 seven traffic in that area. Nope not until it’s prescribed by your doctor. I said that because I get my meds from the VA and when I flew here TSA opened my suitcase and went through all my meds and if they didn’t come from the VA and prescribed by my doctor they would have threw them in the trash.
Yeh I'd be careful. They are wildly strict here about Meds. I tried to order some online and have it shipped here and it says not allowed in your country!
Those places are not even worth the money. Way over priced. Just wait until the php/usd comes down to 50/1 again or even lower. Foreigners need to stop overpaying for shit they don't need. Cheers!
Thailand , 100 % nicer condo, food, internet, everything!
I think I'm headed to Vietnam in Jan
Then perhaps Thailand after that.
Yes, but no English.
Cool video!
Thoughts it's funny "I'm not going to tell you which tower is mine" "here's my lobby"
😀😀 true. I’m not there much anyway 😀
