Почему Вы загружаете два одинаковых видео, но у одного описание на английском, а у другого на русском? Не проще ли название видео написать на английском. А описание продублировать на русском?

Потому, что тогда Ютьюб не продвигает ни одно, ни другое видео, и большинство нашей аудитории просто не видит их. Проверяли.
