Here is Zero to high roller Rogue edition. The series where we play 1 normal goblin caves going in with nothing and must use what we extract to play a high roller goblin caves. Rogue has been the most successful so far in this series and was really fun. Hope you guys enjoy.

I'll never forget twice now on poor boy goblin xaves i was spawn rushed by a geared rogue who two tapped me and ignored all mobs to immediately rush to the next spawn.
Class is an absolute menace with gear and there is no counterplay unless you lock onto them with insane ranged skill.
I mean they still get 2 shot by most of the classes even with gear

I was the Warlock you killed at around 7:00 . I was livestreaming in Discord, showing the game to my friend, so I was running around with a torch and trying to spot the geared Barb that I saw in the lobby (the one you killed later), which maybe made my odds of reacting / fighting back worse. That being said, I don't think what I did mattered much, as I was pretty much one shotted and dead the second I went back up. You played well, I just wish there was some sort of counterplay versus rogues that do that. Light Orb would be the closest thing to that at the moment. I was quite flabbergasted when I spectated you and I saw you had a white dagger. It's very unlikely for me to think there is an invisible rogue sitting there when I cleared that entire area 30 seconds ago. Now I saw that you were resting in the top floor hut. Well played. Can't white for Ironmace to adjust Rogue as a class.
PD: If the Rogue was geared, it's pretty understandable. Naked with a white dagger? Feels a little bit excesive.
Praying for a massive nerf or redesign to the class. Very boring that the majority of lobbies are rogues that sit still till they here noise and press hide haha
@@red2314 for sure! I read an idea proposing that rogues are only able go invisible while on the darkness. I think this would be a step in the right direction. Thanks for the reply.

Hard to go back to any class after experiencing the rogue privilege lmao. I hope they redesign the class a bit so it's not just about sitting invisible trying to 2 shot people so I can play other classes more.
Feel the same man other classes are fun but just not nearly as strong imo. Recently I started getting a kill on the rouge selling it and buying my other characters sets. If I die? Get back on the rouge and get another set. And most the time my deaths on the other classes are to a rouge ofc.

@@jakubpastrnak4596nothing stock is too amazing bar a wizard (if you know what you're doing ofc) but rogue is probably the second best stock class. So much damage from perks and invisible is overpowered. The move speed and interact speed is huge in 1v1s and survival aspects and their scaling with gear is really good. Overall strong class.
@@jakubpastrnak4596 Pretty bad BUT just buy a white castillon for like 12g and you're ready to rock, third hit out with perks will end even geared plate fighters rather fast. You need very little on rogue to be successful, a good dagger carries you through pvp hard. Most stock classes are pretty bad(even ranger) but rogue is by far the cheapest to make good. I'd say barb is in a close second because a felling axe and you're ready to roll the entire lobby for basically no investment. That said I'd say rogue is better because rogue is arguably best class in the game where as barb is a noob killer class, barb isn't actually good without invis haste bard or cleric backing them up. Barb suffers a lot vs skilled/geared players but he is a cheese master and felling axe headshots end people who mess up fast. If you're looking for OP stock classes, I'd say those two are my top picks.
One thing I found to love, is that you introduce the premise of the episode/series every time. So even a late frog like me, understands. Thanks for the content. keep it coming ;)

This might be totally off topic, but I just find the noises in the game to be so satisfying. Especially when you’re looting stuff, the little clinks and rattles just butter my apples for some reason
Why play any other class when you can play a fast, high damage, good gear, 2 shotting, class that can also go invisible. Nice video

I think it is worth noting that most of these fights were against other squishies. Besides, a geared rogue vs a geared fighter/barb is a disaster. Other classes need to play around rogue obviously, but what I think Red does the best is he showcases classes in such a way that they seem brain dead broken. It really is about the player more or less.
He showcased a geared barb which is usually how my fights go against them unless they are using single handed weapons it can be a bit more tricky. But I typically don’t struggle against fighter/barb and if I do? I run no catching me.

It is balanced though, just not in the way you're thinking. Classes are good or bad in different situations, not Equal in all situations, and they shouln't be.

But trust me a barbarian in blues with 192HP and 25% phys prot who I tried stabbing today definitly took WAY more than two stabs despite good kit.
Fyi I was 4 stabs deep when he hit me once in the head and I went from full HP to 0 INSTANTLY.
And no I dont think barb is op or needs another nerf im jsut trying to showcase that theres a little (a ton) more nuance to the balance dynamics than such comments make you wanna believe.

Though, this is for people that already have the skills of using a rogue fluently and answering every engagement correctly. Would it be possible for you to make a video that walks through the core basis:
1. What movement speed from start to end is required to be effective.
2. How to use each dagger property
3. When to use the Rapier and when to use the dagger
4. Handling PvP situations. (When being rushed, when stalking players, knowing proper movent vs classes and weapons )
5. Proper solo map movent that compliments the rogue. ( goblin caves, cripts, ruins)
5. How to read and understand rogue stats. ( what matters, proper gear stat combinations, early game buget gear)
6. Mouse movement along with foot movement( ideal mouse speed. Distance and placement in combat)
7. Group play, what's your role and best help the team
8. Handling ranged classes. Closing the gap
9. Proper perk and skill selection to the gear/map
10. Utility that is a must to bring to every raid to maximize survival.

You cant swing 2 simultaneously, so there is no point in having movement penalty

Rogues still use things a little faster, object interaction has much less effect on healing items but still a tiny bit.

Just remember to breathe and don't overthink things too much, holding your breath will make you lightheaded. You'll get better at dealing with the stress over time
You really gotta settle in and accept that death is inevitable. It's a game and that excitement is what makes it a fun one! You will win. You will lose. Think about why you play games in the first place. Take the wins and losses with a smile and keep on playing!

Everyone crys about rouges being overpowered are just unskilled fighters. As a rouge main we rely on ambush or Invis pots to proc our damage boost. Sure we burst down the initial 1v1 were a rouge we excell in 1v1s. Ever seen a rouge after he uses weakpoint and invis? We die, or fall behind back line to not get 1 tapped to the head. Clerics and fighters run 65 PDR. And you wanna talk about unbalanced ?

theres alot i feel like they need to do to this game to balance this game its not just the classes perks that need to be looked at. Hard cap on things that scale with stats or scaling needs to go al together. +dmg/ should only be showing up on weapons', rings and necklaces . you shouldn't be able to get +dmg or plus one all on every single piece of gear. They need to lock certain stat roll's to certain gear or this games gonna have a tiny tiny pop. Ive already stopped playing for this first wipe. Clercs still to strong I was easily killing geared 3 mans solo as cleric with magic power builds that cost me less than 300 gold total cause people still dont know what they have when they go to trade hall. Barb with farnies fucks way to hard. ranger with just a white bow and good aim ruins your front liners. the only classes i didnt do super well with are the wiz and warlock cause its not my thing but i still found my self getting demolished by other teams wizzs and warlocks. Rouge IS STILL DUMB STRONG, you just have to spend more gold to get a build that 3 shots instead of 2 or 1. im still killing duos and trios as double jump rouge. Its the scaling dmg classes get, the gear and stat rolls on gear that needs addressed first. then the classes perks can be ironed out around the first two. You can change the classes perks all day but if the main power system, gear and stat rolls is fucking broken balancing the classes does nothing.
