What a confidence!! It's not his fault if he doesn't know English, as he definitely has studied in hindi medium.. Because in India, most of the villages education is imparted in hindi.. respect that he could understand & answered in English.

This is the whole point of interview to get rid of his nervousness by putting him in his uncomfort zone and slowly but surely make him feel confident about speaking openly. Have you seen the video completely? in the next half they interviewed him in Hindi and explained the reason of spoken language being English because of Americans presence in the office. Moreover they selected him and promptly told him to try better his spoken English within a month as much as possible. They weren’t rude to him instead they were compassionate about the boys feeling and his urgency for the job. They calmed him down and let him open up a bit about the reality of his nature of job. So lets not criticize anyone guys plz its a request🙏

Brilliant candidate., at least he got the interview. With 4 master degrees from UK in finance and computer science I have applied to many jobs in Dubai as an Office Boy but never got an interview.
I never worked Overseas , But i was lucky enough to work with Brothers from All over the world in Saudia , Heroes are those whom sacrify the Distance Away from Familes , Friends & Places may god bless you all .
I would say that the candidate gave his best .he tried his best with full of confidence .however he is not much good in English but he is simply a genuine hard working guy

The answer is simple. I contact the admin department with the counter reading of photostat machine and side bh side ill update my manager who gave me the copy for photostat and inform him or her about the machine malfunction.
