Nice video, but up on top of the cut is the best place to film. That's where I always shoot from. Great views of trains in both directions.

What is the best place to get snow photos of the trains on the Bakersfield to Tehachapi section?

I guess that's a matter of opinion! Around every curve there's a different view.
