It’s an absolute shame that you people don’t respect the rules of the temple...no videos and pictures are meant to be taken...does that not make sense....the monks work so hard to make everything structured so you can get the most benefit and experience god...it’s not a day out...it’s a seriously highly energised place to feel the vibrations of the divine resonate in you...to make you a better human and build your relationship with god....do the right thing!

I came here on Saturday 25/05/2019 with my friend from the East Midlands which is in the UK for the very 1st time. We left at 5:30 am arrived at 09:58 am. We parked up we could hear the god chants I gave donations money and lots of food so that everyone can benefit just like how others bring food for charity purposes. I just wanted to share the positives & negatives what lovely place in the middle of nowhere in complete isolation very peaceful amazing place with wild life. However on the flip side I only saw 1 temple which was lord Vishnu temple with all the other Hindu deities. However at the same time extremely disappointed that the Kali temple and Maurgun Temple was closed. This doesn't help at all when you come far away to do darshan. I think temples should be open from morning all the way to the evening for people to come and pray & come and go. Rather than run by certain abrupt monk & volunteers and having the committee to control their opening ours to when they see fit when it suits them! like I said before I have never been here before as it was my 1st time but if I was to give a score from 0 out of 10. I would give 5/10. Overall lovely place but its a shame that certain wrong people run the place without mentioning their names! I won't be coming here again. Jai Mahadev
There is a reason one should have done their research before deciding to go online and write about it . If you had looked at their website it clearly stated the temple opening hours for all three temples . It’s a beautiful place run by monks with such hard work and labour of love .
Also you arrived at 9.58 you could have waited and seen the 130 murugan pooja and 630pm kali pooja and 9 pm murugan pooja again before leaving . You cannot expect god to cater to your schedule . Skandavale is a ashram .

Amazing…. I just got back from Wales today… and was at Skanda vale on Friday.
But for the people who cannot visit there like me this is a great gift
