I just love the original from of Mark when he was a super hero. His suit is so iconic and it felt at the time more grounded around earth. Although the time when he teamed up with a certain criminal (not saying bc spoliers) was also cool.

@@dantemitsoyu977 Allen was almost on invincibles level when he defeated thragg. Invincible did need robots armor to survive the fight I know. However 530 year old mark slapped Allen around in there last fight and all he had was a scuff on his cheek.

@@mec7700 your forgetting mark has the blood of argall and if you think logically about it after every near death experience he had from battles the human part of him probably died off. Especially after eve rebuilt there bodies.

Invincible actually got his name from the talk he had with Nolan, “most kids your age think nothing can hurt them, but you, son, are ACTUALLY Invincible” , at least that makes more sense than some random principle
Yeah that's true, but that happens in the show, in the comics his Principal tells him he's not invincible.

@@amychan3864 to be fair battle beast almost killed Thragg as well, so he is basically 3rd strongest character in entire series. Emperor mark > Thragg > Battle beast

The only reason why he was able to beat him twice was due to adrenaline since mark is half human and apparently that’s what humans have, viltrumites are already the most powerful beings in the galaxy that they don’t really need it.

@@flightcrusader8905 yes I do know this fact and also Oliver's mothers half the Thraxins live short lives but can absorb information and knowledge at an extremely rapid rate. He is less forgiving to villans because of his childhood trauma and often chooses to out right kill them.

Viltrumites can't breath in space. They just hold their breath for a long time
It's kind of crazy just how powerful the Viltramites could become if they chose interbreeding instead of just raw takeover. The hybrids take something from their hybrid side even when Viltramite DNA takes over in older age. The Thraxan's kept their unique learning ability. The humans kept adrenaline. Imagine in Allen the Alien had 1000 wives and passed on his insane zenkai boost. If you could breed enough hybrids to where the fighters were 99% Viltramite but have instant learning, adrenaline when stressed, and a huge zenkai boost when almost killed on top of the raw skillset that Viltrim brings... Thragg's fighting knowledge could be passed on to them in a matter of days. When stronger beings actually beat them, they heal back stronger than what hurt them. Then when they are evenly matched with an enemy, the adrenaline kicks in and they commence the beat down.
Viltrimites are basically like Sayans. Mark is Goku and Nolan is Vegeta.

Invincible arc really is very similar to Dune. AND also how original Superman would actually naturally evolve if Siegel had full control of the character and what story was "correct" to print. Like if it was for Siegel Superman would officially reveal his secret to Lois as soon as 1940 but because editors canned K-metal from planet Krypton story he would only officially reveal it in the 1993 comics 2 reboots and 50 years later! And even then there is also clear difference between how sometimes really suave and cool Clark Kent acts with Lois Lane in 1940 and 1942 comics vs his initial total (fake) cowardice towards her in Action Comics #1 and also how Superman also went from stone cold bully of the bullies who had 0 time for romance (And also Very scary for everyone witnessing him for the first time in person) to someone who Does allow Lois kiss him or show Any % of affection towards her, that she Is someone special to him. Leading to McClure syndicate Superman (wasn't written by Siegel but clearly had natural trajectory, after cancelled K-Metal ofc) stories where Lois and Clark ended up actually marrying WITHOUT Lois ever knowing that Clark = Superman. Contrast it with some of Silver Age era stories in which Superman loses powers And both he And Lois understand that now their would be romance is worthless (BOTH, so not just Her loving him 100% for power dynamic and coolness as a result of his omnipotent powers). And yet still you Can pretend like it's all an "evolution" of the character even though it is not because it is something that was written by writers with clearly conflicting vision and not understanding original purpose of the character. Unlike Invincible or any other thing that had 1 creative (team) on it, who could also potentially change as a person but still same person and therefore same character instead of glorified fanfic.
Emperor Mark at 530 years old literally tossed Alan in his peak around like he was a child. Alan could do literally nothing and Emperor Invincible wasn't even using 1% of his strength. He got so much stronger it's insane.

Haven’t read the comics and I’m only watching like half the video but is he just out of order with his events (saying the whole machinehead thing was after omniman left for example) or does stuff happen in a different order in the tv show vs the comics?
That last part you said is correct. Many events in the show happen in a very different order compared to the comic.

C: he may be part human but his viltrumite side is so pure he may as well be 100% viltrumite add onto this the fact that he has the blood of argall in him, which is one of if not the strongest bloodlines there is
D: 500 years of fighting and experience only strengthens him
