So congress is required to once again do it's job. Most of these agencies never should have existed if congress just did there job. Also the judicial branch of governments entire job is to interpret the laws congress passes and enforce them. Literally there only job. This makes them the experts on law.
Hey Julian, I have not read the opinion and have a question: Did SCOTUS completely overturn Chevron or did they mostly whittle it away while leaving some room for agency interpretation? Does this affect Skidmore? Thanks!
