I have bought Meteor 350 Fireball Yellow, and within 1 week the oil seal of the front shock absorber was damaged and oil started leaking out.
I had no other option but to keep the newly bought Meteor in my garage.
It has been more than 15 days, but till date I haven't got any help from the dealer or the customer care of RE except false hope and assurances.
I have also talked to your Product Manager Mr. Arijit and our Area Manager Mr. Parikshit. But till date my bike is in my garage and I haven't received any help so far.
And secondly the letter 'R' & 'E' of the logo of Royal Enfield of my bike was missing from the day of delivery. But the dealer insisted me on taking the delivery, assuring me that the stickers will be available soon. But till date I haven't received the sticker.
I have told all these issues repeated to the customer care and also Mr. Arijit & Mr. Parikshit.
Please take this matter into consideration as soon as possible.
Looking for your professionalism towards maintaining the brand value that Royal Enfield have been enjoying over a decade.

I own the meteor 350 here in the states. One test ride and I snagged it off the show roomI!! I can vouch for everything this video mentions. I’m not sure whether to stare at it or ride it- Just a beautiful machine. good acceleration Super comfortable ergonomics and a terrific engine thumper sound! I have the awesome 60s British yellow. A-Class production quality...very well shot...best launch even compared to Honda's H'ness, TVS' Apache, etc....what remains of the product is left to be seen on time...
RE, please do something like this to Himlayan also.
The Himalayan was probably not designed keeping foreign markets in mind but it became poplar outside India. That probably explains the lack of marketing for the Himalayan.

Can you guys take time to make the arrangement to ensure the genuine spare for maintaining bike as refined as it was on first day. Being an A.M.E. I preferre to fix things on my own, and your ground breaking approach supports my desire. This will encourage to keep RE our only choice.

Does it come with three year parts and labor warranty?
Can rear suspensions be made softer??, The only thing which got me thinking twice, otherwise I almost had booked the bike
I beleive it has 6 stage adjustable suspension on rear.
What are the benefits of all these ? if you are not able to deliver vehicle on time...🤔

I visited garg autos and booked this bike they told me to wait for 3 months ... Thats really bad .. they didn't provided me any test drive even after promising 2 times😒

I just boughyt a Blue Supernova but what bothersme is the cost of accessaries. The pricing should be reasonable as most would prefer OEM's than after market. Please work on this.
I have booked supernova brown...but showroom is giving priority to VIP customer for delivery...I booked it on 6th (launching date) and they are saying to deliver on 22th December.......one guy next to me booked same and they said to take bike next day or two......pls have a check on these issues

Make it a 650 47 hp and i promise you it will win the bestseller worldwide and i will be the first in the row to get it! Fell in love with motorcycle in india with a Thunderbird 350! And would just adore a thunderbird like bike that could handle a European highway, that means top speed of at least 100 miles (160kmph) and cruising speed of 65-75 mph (100-120 kmph)
Otherwise it's a good bike for the weekend's but just not enough for the daily commute on a highway .
A 650 cruiser is already in the pipeline

The navigation system is spot on! Putting a 7" screen in front of the rider when he should be looking at the road is a piss poor design. Good job RE!

But You need to concentrate on assembly unit. There are a lot of defects in meteor
With this much investigation and planning... RE should have find a resolution for rusting expecially in silencer,if the other manufacturers can do why can't RE?

This comment is for RE, if you guys are reading this, increasing bike waiting period is from ur side and it make no sense to increase the price after booking. We the owners are ready to take bike on the same day of booking but making us wait is loophole of your manufacturing potential why we have to suffer the price increases even after booking.
Royal Enfield की जुबान का कोई भरोषा नहीं है , Royal Enfield लेने से अच्छा है की कोई ऐसी बाइक लो जिसकी कमिटमेंट पर भरोषा किया जा सके।
क्यूंकि गलती अगर Royal Enfield की ओर से है तो भी भुगतना कस्टमर को ही करना होता है।
इसलिए Royal Enfield की बाइक लेने से पहले १० बार सोच विचार करो और फिर decision लो.
Booked this bike but now I came to know that after booking bike will come after 45 days? Seriously?
I booked the customised one but I think waiting is seriously insanely worst part.
If any RE responsible person reading this. Do strech yourself, do something, and make it within month.
10 years back a RE waiting was easily 6-8 months.

so this is my story...
I booked the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 on 24th of January 2021, I was given the tentative date of 25th of May 2021, but due to covid it was postponed to June 2021 so I waited. Then on 15th of June 2021, I got a call from the showroom that he has got my motorcycle and he told me to visit the showroom and pay the amount. So I went to the showroom on 18th of June 2021 and did the payment but I completed the payment on 19th of June 2021 due to issues at my end. So I have not seen my motorcycle and was told that I would get it by a week or so. Now its been almost three weeks and the showroom person is not giving me my motorcycle.

Heard that the fuel tank is made of plastic which is very disappointed by most of RE lovers
Only the fuel cap is plastic, the tank is metal
Meteor is losing custo.ers because of the waiting period, just because they are slowing productions for launching a new series of motorcycle.
They Should have given led headlight even 350 x got it .
