Hi There,
I like to share the feedback rather it's a complaint that your product that I have purchased is not meeting the expectations.
I have purchased tractor 5105 in May 2022 and it's started giving problems in November within 6 months so I got the doubt like what kind of products that you guys are selling in India that break down in fields in 6 months.
For your information- tractor is not starting at all and its breakdown in mid of the fields while sowing, I tried calling the customer care and dealership multiple time and didn't get the required support they are saying I need to visit nearby mechanic, if I need to do this then why customer should buy John Deere products if you can't even provide on time support after sales??
Fyi - if problems continue to persist and no support provided then mark my words that I'll make sure not to pay any further installments for sure whatever is due.
Thanks and no thanks for sick and worst behaviour from your customer care and dealership.
I have Mahindra 1989 model and such kind of issues were never reported and it never break down in between the work on the fields.
Now I can understand the difference why people used to say don't buy John Deere.
