I have to say.....been researching carnivore diet...and i noticed that altho the youtubers experienced amazing results...to me they don't look healthy. I found the opposite with ketovores. I LOVE the recipes, the youtubers look more vibrant and happy and i think its a more realistic way of eating that i can def sustain!!!!....its def ketovore for me...im sold!
I was really tired of just eaing steak for my carnivore diet. I wanted to experiment and broaden my food options while staying as close to carnivore (almost no carb) as possible.
This gave me so many ideas that I could play with, without having the thoughts of quitting. Thanks a ton!

Hey! I just wanted to say that you should try substituting steak for fish and other seafoods and poultry high in fat and omegas. It’s nice to change it up, as long as you’re meeting your protein it’s actually better for you to explore seafood and heart healthier meat alternatives!
Reconsider the western carnivore theory of Seafood.
It is not recommended for autoimmune healers based on Hungarian AI research foundation & founder Dr.Zsophia Clement. She proved eating four leggeds meat & fats cures epilepsy, then applied it to find, most autoimmune disorders will resolve! But she’s not positive about fish or chicken which has very poor nutrition comparatively.

I LOVE that you eat 3 meals a day. It seems EVERYONE in the keto/carnivore world only eats 1 or 2. I feel like I need 3 or at least a small snack between meal 1 and 2. I guess im super active or something...or maybe I just like to eat. lol. But I get hungry after my workouts and don't want to starve myself trying to fast for 16plus hours like everyone suggests. I usually make it 14 hours. Anyone else??
yes I was actually pregnant when I filmed this video so I was definitely eating 3 meals a day - I sometimes still do haha. You have to adjust the portion size accordingly but nothing wrong with eating 3 times a day if that's what works for you!

I’m not sure where you are getting your keto information from but the best tip is to keep it simple, like way simple. Cook your favourite meats is healthy fats, keep your vegetables green and above ground and no sugar or seed oils. I add lots of eggs and some cheese. Get your basics down then you can move on to more in depth information. In the beginning all you have to do is focus on keeping your carbs under 25. That’s it 😊

Great meal ideas! I'm a two meal a day person, but I think one of yours would last me all day! The ribs look great. I just may take these to our Saturday tailgate, where everyone but me eats junk food. Just subscribed and looking forward to exploring more ideas. Update: these were a total hit. No leftovers (darn it!), a request for the recipe, a request to make a tray for one of the bachelors, and a comment that I may be a better "pitmaster" than my hub (lol!).

I went from Keto to carnivore and lasted one day. It was just too intense for me. I went to Keto from low carb with no problem. I love meat so thought carnivore would also be no problem. Wrong! I think I am somewhere between Keto and ketovore. I love avocado, salad greens, and fresh blackberries. Even some cheeses have carbs. I stay under 20 carbs. These few things keep me on Keto and if it takes me a tiny bit longer to accomplish so be it. I am also probably not as clean of a keto eater as some. I love coffee drinks and there are so many flavors that are sugar/carb free that I can have one maybe once a week. I always check ingredients to make sure because I am sensitive to some things that will send BS up.

carnivour is a very boring diet
Just don’t like meat or rich foods very much and certainly not twice a day.
I used to eat like this, lost 70 lbs. in the first year. I could eat as much of the Keto friendly stuff I wanted. However, I became a Dad and started gaining again by eating junk and carb-laden foods because they’re faster and easier. I hope I can get back to it.

How does a ketovore diet affect Ph levels. Is there enough alkaline to stay balanced?
Would there be too much sodium in this meal plan e.g. sausages and salt for marinating?
Experimenting with low carb diets and the one i settled on is pretty much this. Mostly meat and fish. Some low carb veggies. Herbs and spices. Coffee. Eggs. No cow dairy because its the worst for my stomach and skin but sheep and goat cheese is fine. Under 50g of carbs every day. Where we differ is fat percentages. Im not measuring those.
I feel like I have been eating way too much I see this and I'm like wow I need to cut back lol.

Nah. I am super insulin resistant too and did carnivore for 4 months and my fasting blood sugars were over 200 still while on Metformin. I just started adding in a little bit of veggies a couple weeks ago and my sugars are now around 170. I had been doing keto for 3 yrs without any cheats or overeating and yet I gained 22 lbs. how? I don’t know and I am about to give up and accept my fate tbh. The doc wants me on insulin but can’t afford it because my insurance doesn’t cover it. 🤷♀️
When you buy meat, can you just go and figure out 2 1/2 pounds Beef do you have to worry about the other ingredients? It confuses me and only Grass Fed because of allergies I just wanted simple and easy.
Great video! I saw that it appeared thee chuck roast was cooking for 9 hours in the slow cooker(?). What temperature was that at(maybe slow cookers do not have an exact temperature. How would you cook that in a standard oven? Thanks if you answer. Video was well thought out and good.
Thanks for watching! We put in the slow cooker for 9 hours on low heat. It is quite a forgiving recipe, I would just check around 7-8 hours to see if it is tender enough for you. We haven’t tried it in the oven before, would you like us to give it a try and let you know?

What’s the easiest way to eat 2 1/2 pounds of meat without breaking the bank and real simple lots of allergies and I need those amount of calories I noticed I’ve been doing carnivore forward 2 1/2 months that’s quite a bit of weight but realize why I was so tired and weak and muscle loss is because my intake of calories was way way too low now I figured out I need 2 1/2 pounds of beef and I fast every other day and maybe more I’m trying to get out of this bad way of being tired and sick and weak any suggestions?
