'Unburdened by what has been': Kamala Harris's go-to phrase

Sky News host James Morrow has critiqued Kamala Harris for repetitive rhetoric, pointing out her frequent use of the phrase: "unburdened by what has been".
Mr Morrow expressed a desire for the US Vice President to bring in new material.
"I know some people want her to be president, and others just want to go away," he said.
"Me, I would be happy for her to get some new material.
“'Unburdened by what has been' - it feels, I don't know, like, I've heard that before."
