@@trinirome333 yeah, he's been working on it for sure; wasn't gonna let the haters win and drop it completely (& therefore his principals of being polite & respectful to the interviewer), instead working on improving himself (perhaps a sign of how he gets players to better themselves via the right mindset)

I think it's like the trigger for him to start speaking English. I know when I was learning German I started every conversation with "Hallo" just to as a trigger so the rest of what I said was in German. Also there's no reason for him to change.

I love this guy so much. Always respectful and polite and has revolutionised Villa. Haven’t seen us play and achieve so much in a long time. Getting Europe after taking over from Gerrard was phenomenal and this season I haven’t stopped smiling. Been conscious Villa since 89/90 when we had Graham Taylor in charge and over the years seen some very good squads but this current one is special! UTV

As a Villa fan 40+ years, Lille are my favorite French Club! Theh are very similar to Villa in some ways, great Club, Stadium, and fans. This tie was a pleasure between two great clubs both on the rise. Lille fans can still be very proud of their teams Euro Journey this season. Their Pitch was superb, congrats to rhe Ground staff! I wish them all the best with continued future growth and success. I have a feeling we are going to meet again in the future.👏👍🙏
