Cake pan Size:23cm × 5cm× 6.5cm
Ingredients
60g unsalted butter
20g shortening
25g brown sugar
50g granulated sugar
75g flour
5g baking powder
1 egg
pinch of salt
50g rum raisins
Bake at 170℃ for 25-30 minutes.

Whats the shotening?
The shortening is FAT similar with butter. I used it for lighting texture. You can use butter instead of butter. :)
