Lesson#2 "If You Could Read My Mind" - verse and solo - James Oldenburg

This is a follow up lesson to the Intro lesson I did on this same song - "If You Could Read My Mind " by Gordon Lightfoot • Lesson - Right hand #1... and goes through the verse and a way to play the solo along with the chords on one guitar. Hope you enjoy it and that it helps.

I have been learning this song for a few months now and I can not sing and do the fingerpicking at the same time but after watching this video, I am encouraged that I will be able to after watching how you simplify the song somewhat. Thanks

An excellent breakdown on this song , chord names, and solo interlude. Working on this myself, I had come to a lot of the same conclusions, except I'm working on playing that solo an octave lower. Thanks for all your input and hard work in breaking this down.
