Thank you! You can do you 123 of your basic, then body roll 567, you can also do 123 body roll, then 567 of the basic…and…you can also do 123 567 full count of body roll on one side. Or 123 one side body roll 567 the other side body roll (but that might be a bit much). That’s the beauty of body rolls…you can milk them or rush them as you want. Just remember that this is for solo/shine dancing…which gives you the freedom of going with the music, playing with it…instead of being stressed over being exact with the count (musicality) a concept that you’ll understand as you get more experience dancing and listening to the music 💃🏻💕. If you are in partnership…your job is to follow the interpretation of the lead 😅 I hope that helped 😘💕
