I think Ryan’s situation is seen as disrespectful because he’s a young fighter with a big social media presence, a lot of kids look up to him and people see him as setting a bad example. And kind of contradicting himself but the way he acts even though he says “ I’m trying to help the kids”
Different sports. I think it has to do with the reputation. Boxers are seen as highly disciplined. MMA athletes don't have the same image .

I remember Haney used to have Ben Davison and Mickey Bey in his corner and training with them idk what happened to that, but Bill was never a boxer and him being the head trainer was seen as not working in the Loma fight, he doesn’t know adjustments against high level fighters or in tough moments, so a change is definitely needed in my opinion, you can’t teach a chin and Ryan or Gervonta level of power but Devin does need to get stronger I never see him working on nothing except leg workouts and cardio

I always said that his Dad never should've took over as trainer with no experience and I'm a Haney fan but as a boxing fan I didn't like that move because even when Dev was winning it was by the things that he already knew but I wasn't convinced with Bill in the corner because he really wasn't telling him anything and when Dev got in trouble in the Ryan fight Bill didn't know what to tell him because he has no real experience and I knew eventually that this was going to happen
