- In today's reaction to Naruto Shippuden Episode 365 we watch as Naruto, Kakashi, Hinata, Guy, Shikamaru, and Ino deal with the deaths of Shikaku, Inoichi, and Neji. Obito and Madara try hard to demoralize them and the rest of the Allied Shinobi Forces, but have no luck. Then we head back to the Village Hidden in the Leaves where we join Orochimaru, Sasuke Uchiha, Jugo, and Suigetsu as they undo the Uzumaki clan's reaper death seal and release "the all knowing" who are none other than the first-four Hokage!

Orochimaru has a unagaing artificial body now😭
I think Orochimaru is stronger than at least old Hiruzen. Orochimaru was never really on his back leg in that fight; he was caught off guard by a very powerful sealing technique.
This episode is one I have been soooo hyped for Duke to finally see. Sweing the four Hokage reanimated is one of the most awesome moments in the series

What a dope episode, Naruto giving out chakra like Oprah giving cars, Orochimaru getting his jutsu back and a Hashirama cell body, and the fucking former Hokage are BACK!!
Lemme explain how strong Orochimaru should be at that point.
Orochimaru already has sage power/sage chakra. When he got revived he said " I secured my Sage Jutsu chakra into those curse marks". He had Sage chakra but couldn't enter Snake Sage Mode cause his host bodies weren't strong enough as Kabuto stated. Cause if you remember he always possessed bodies of some no names and he was that strong with those bodies, imagine if he possessed an op body. Now he got that op Zetsu body that's literally made of Hashi cells, entering Sage Mode should be a piece of cake now, he also absorbed all the memories from Kabuto too, so he knows the Sage Art jutsus that Kabuto used too.
SM Kabuto would beat Itachi and Sasuke if not for Izanami. SM Orochimaru should def be stronger than SM Kabuto, cause I reaaally don't think base snake Kabuto could give base full power Orochimaru much trouble. And Izanami won't work on Orochimaru cause he's not insecure like Kabuto. Imo SM Orochimaru >> SM Kabuto > Itachi and Sasuke. Combined with his control over Edo Kages he would be a great threat to Madara himself lol.

Base Orochimaru with his hands that fought Hiruzen, I think he's easily stronger than old Hirzuzen. If you watch the fight again he was toying around with Hiruzen, barely did anything like you said. He used more jutsu against 4 tails Naruto when his hands were sealed than against Hiruzen lol. Hiruzen didn't have any jutsu outside Reaper Death to really do much to Orochimaru, and if Oro was serious he def wouldn't let that happen to his hands, Hiruzen wouldn't get the chance. That Oro should be on the same level as Jiraiya, it's debatable who would win.
He also has all 5 chakra natures and god knows how many forbidden jutsus that we haven't seen. We have never seen him go all out. He lost his hands against Hiruzen cause of his arrogance and he got negged by Itachi's genjutsu cause of his arrogance. He looked Itachi in the eyes straight away lol. Doesn't matter how strong, anyone without Sharingan/Rinnegan would lose to Itachi if they looked him in the eyes just like Oro. So if he was serious and didn't underestimate Itachi it would def be a hard fight, Itachi would probably win though, by somehow trapping him in genjutsu in the end.
So yeah current Orochimaru is a completely different beast cause he def can use Sage Mode + he can control the Kage. Also he should be able to use Wood Style cause his body is made of Hashi cells. He probably can't do much without practice though.

Keep in mind that the fight with the 3 Sanin Jiryah was not at full strength. Lady 5th had drugged him, and he was still under the influence. Full strength Jiryah would win in my opinion

Unpopular opinion - wouldnt The reanimated hokage stronger than an average because they came back in white zetsu bodies which are all Hashirama Cells? You did imply orochimaru should be better since he now possesses a hashirama celled body
Two different things. Reanimation uses a living sacrifice to be sacrificed, while Orochimaru uses Snake Sage Transformation to turn any living host to be his vessel.
One is to be sacrificed.
The other is to be reborn/rebirth/reincarnate.

When Edo Tensei is used, the reanimated person doesn't get anything from the living person who was used as a sacrifice. The sacrificed person's body basically serves as a human-shaped point in the real world for the reanimated person's soul to occupy
