Thanks for the guide been slowly coming back to Destiny and definitely needed a pvp build.
you should try prismatic hunter w/ bakris. smoke bomb + spectre + fast movement from bakris is insanely disorienting
I got ophidian plus battle harmony. It’s so freaking good.
nice, I’ve been meaning to try out this exact build pretty much. You think ophids are the move, or would tsteps compliment the arc melee aggressive playstyle a little more?
The slide is crazy strong
momentum transfer and healing nade does not work it says causing damage with a grenade or am i mussing something?
How would you rate this build for someone trying to improve in 3s or trials? Is this better than your strand warlock build?
Something to consider is using facet of blessing!! Gives you immediate health regeneration on melee kill!
I agree, but since he's using feed the void that fragment isn't really needed.
Just dropped the Sprit of the Filaments/Claws. Emp rift devour = feed the void is busted... as we already know ;)
However, I've now replaced Arcane Needle with x2 Penumbral Blast for the freeze utility or x2 Lighning Surge. Penumbral has a faster base cooldown than Needle - especially when no abilities are up.
It's so strong - if you get that combo, I definitely recommend you try it out!

I play controller and pnumb is so hard to get the hit, any tips?

@@CreativeName574 I tend to use it whilst in the air, it seems to have better results (almost like how slug shotguns pre AE changes used to be). Then as I drop down, I can melee them.
If you're struggling with it, you can always practice in PVE to get a feeling for travel time etc.
Other than that, I sometimes use pocket singularity. A lightning surge followed up with a penumbral can be enough to colat groups as singularity causes a volatile explosion on top of the surge jolts.
Struggling to play without icdash to be honest, but I low-key want to give this a try. Are all these aspects and stuff available from the jump in prismatic are do you need campaign completion?
you have to complete the campaign to get all the aspects and fragments.
I feel you haha, icarus dash is like a necessity for me

What roles would u get on the exotic class item?
spirit of obsidian gives you the exotic. second slot on the item is up to you

for this build yes!
yes bc with lightning surge + arcane you get 3 surges which is VERY strong

Are there any shotguns besides matador you recommend for the 2nd slot? I know Felwinters exists but its old so surely something else is better? Feels like all the good ones are in the primary slot but I love the messenger.
Retold tale is decent if you can land a solid roll
Another consistent one is found verdict the Vog raid shotgun. If you get a good roll it's really good!

Duality. Or there's a solar legendary in the monument that isn't bad for pvp
Facet of Protection specifies combatants. Pretty sure that doesnt apply to pvp and is exclusive to DR in pve. Unless you need the +10 strength, it is a little wasted.

why put the exotic class item on the thumbnail but use ophidians, its kind of boring using ophidians
