the circle portion of the skirt , explained by folding paper was AWESOME!!! I sew and of course wear garments, I have ONLY been able to wear A-lines because I couldn't figure out an EASY way to create a swing style!! Thanks for sharing sister, I'LL BE SEWING THIS WEEKEND!😇

Stormy Gomez right , but I can wonder why it had so many dumb downs lol , the tightness maybe around the waist area or the bosom area where her scarf didn't cover the putter shape of them, far as the make and sewing part that wasn't a problem just the little yinks and yangs of the tightness of this beautiful dress.

I Love the way you make things so easy and I've got finish all these projects soon,and they are so beautiful and they can be altered for all ages.i'm a senior but I like to stay youthful without looking like I have on my grand daughters clothes, thank you keep up the great ideas some are from my era and I still like them today with a flair to them,God Bless.

I am making a modest top and ballroom skirt with three co-ordinating fabrics. I only bought 3 meters for the skirt...oh my lol Looks like I'll have some adjustments to do. Maybe a thicker waistline in one of the other fabric choices. Thanks again for the formula - Now where to keep it for years to come!! hahahahaha Thanks Again Nadira!

Btw, I saw a similar dress at the mall back in summer but it was about $80 dollars and I didn't want to spend that much on one dress. I think I'm going to try and make my own maxi dress. Nadira, your tutorial is really good. I made a skirt in a polyester silk following the instructions to cut a circle skirt. In fact I've made 3 skirt so far and all three are coming up at least 1 1/2 to 2 inches big at the waist. I'd appreciate your input.

I think invisible zippers aren't suppose to have stitching on the outside. ...you stitch the zipper to the seam allowance so when you flip the dress to the right side u see nothing hence invisible. ..am I right?

This is beautiful... Is there a link for this pattern. I have never sewn anything before but I am a fast learner.
It is very hard to find clothes in my appropriate length. Therefore, I have decided to take sewing classes at the start of the new year (2016). Hopefully by the end of summer I will be able to make my very own dresses. You are truly an inspiration. Thank you for sharing.

Any advice on how to make a maxi circle dress using multiple fabrics combine. Mostly concern about the skirt. I will not be using a zipper.
Instead of a circle skirt is there a way to do a tiered ruffle skirt possible about the same length?
OK so I want to make this but I am wondering can you do a tutorial showing how to connect the top to the bedsheet with the zipper.
