Can you get these for a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer
Not currently but very soon. Probably in the next few months
Literally just installed on my 18 RX350. Only issue is the harness end that goes to the accelerator pedal can only go on 1 way due to the side grooves and the clipping mechanism on the front. The notches in the Jet product had the grooves offset the wrong way so it would not fit into the accelerator pedal. Had to take a razor knife to shave off the notches so that xcelerator harness would fit with the stock harness. Not the end of the world.
Not sure why that would be; the harness are supposed to be vehicle specific, so if there was an issue with it fitting due to the way the harness was made then, you might have gotten or ordered the incorrect item
@@JetchipDotCom I did double check that online to be sure that I had the correct one, and according to the website I have the correct one. Everything works as it appears it should.
Will this run on a 2016 Cadillac CTS 3.6L V6? Also will this blow the engine head gaskets or cylinder heads? I’m assuming it puts more fuel through.
Hello there, yes we have this for your Cadillac. We also have a few more things for your car as well.
The Xcelerator only increases the signal sent to your throttle for a faster response. So, your gaskets and heads will be fine. Does that help?
Can this be left in when doing California emissions test or will this be an issue
No this can be left in. You probably want to put it back to stock setting when doing so.
Tried to install on a 2005 4runner 4.7l and it threw a check engine light with all the traction lights rendering the gas pedal immobile. At this point looking to customer service or a return.

Hello there, yes you can. The module plugs into the engine bay and the Xcelerator plugs in under the dash. The module gives you overall performance in HP and TQ. The Xcelerator gives you the throttle power and TQ you really want
So where does this go on a 2012 dodge Challenger RT
Hello there, it just plugs into the gas pedal connector. So at the base and behind the pedal, the remote can be placed just about anywhere on or under the dash usually
Engine off, key out, doors locked. Is the display supposed to stay on all the time? Installed it, went out an hour later opened the door and it's on. Did it come on when I opened the door? Thanks for any info.....
Hey there, with that it should just be going off the throttle signal, when the car is on. Did you have the Acc on or was the car on when you saw the Xcelerator screen on? Do you have a remote starter? @@JetchipDotCom it's all good thanks. I waited until dark, looked through the window and it appeared off. Opened the door and it was on. So the unit display on the accelerator does stay on momentarily but then shuts off shortly after turning off vehicle and getting out shutting the door. Then back on once door is opened which is a nice feature seeing my setting before even starting it up. 2016 5.3 Z71 Silverado by the way in case other vehicles act differently. Does it affect throttle positions? If so, does it render 50% and beyond useless??
It advances the signal, so you can hit open throttle quicker and eliminate throttle lag. It also has a valet and security setting
@@JetchipDotComeverything works as it should with a 105mm throttle body aswell? I also have a cathedral port carbon pTR intake on my 5.3. This just caught my interest because I’m not crazy about plug and play flash tuners.
@@downtoearthconstruction7768 Yes that would work very well with your setup. The throttle tuner only deals with the signal going to the Throttle body and thats all that would be getting tuned. Hope that helps
