Extraction and immediate loading in the aesthetic zone using root form implants

Root Form Implants used to restore maxillary anterior teeth.
Extraction of failing dentition followed by immediate placement of dental implants to restore upper front teeth. Immediate provisionals given with pro temp 4, and 4 months later final zirconia crowns

Patient had been recomended extraction by her dentist in UK .
On examination teeth were mobile
On radiographic examination bone loss more than 60% of the root was seen.
Patient was unhappy with the position and esthetics of her teeth and refused tooth supported FPD treatment.
