I have started minimalist retinol .3% and have used only once but it doesn't absorb on my skin I feel as if it is sitting on the top of my skin ,I waited for 20 minuted before applying moisturiser but still it was greasy
Yeah i felt the same and stopped using then now its gonna be expire soon so am using it now and yeah i think you should use like very little amout so that its not oily.
You can use Tretinoin Microsphere Gel 0.04% for less irritation... I am using it... And working... Though I have very oily acne prone skin... May be for that it suits me. Purging occurs... But dries up by frequent use... I use it everyday initially because Microsphere works slowly... Then I got purged with big acnes... But now it is recovering slowly.
Planning to start once a week atleast for 2 weeks..then twice a week..i have oily sensitive skin
@@archanabadhwar4013 Me too... Have oily sensitive acne prone skin... Once a week you will not see any results... At least alternate days or thrice a week and 1 day all actives...rest for skin. Because Microsphere works very very slow. I will adjust with your skin first then will work.

I tried too but it don't suit me
Even after talking precautions 🙂 i purged like for 2 months and i searched 4 week to 6 week it is the maximum time for purging 🙂
I saw pimple plus little glow on my face but that glow is of no use if pimple hore ho

Tretonoin first give purging but after few moths it will change everything some people don't have paitent so 🤷 don't use and blame anything if you don't do perfect research on a skin active ingredients
Mam... Micellar water can be taken in the hands to clean the face with hands and wash with water ( without using pads or cloth)

Retinoid 2% or retinol 0.3% which is better?
Both are great depending on your current skin condition and issues. But retinoid 2% is more beginner friendly. I made a comparison video of these two, you may want to check that out. 🤗
Long time back after watching your video I have started using retinoid with the same moisturizer but after some time I noticed that this moisturizer is making my skin red and giving red bump kind of acnes
So o stop using the moisturizer and until I have not find any suitable moisturizer for my red acne prone skin.
It would so humble of u if u can recommend me the best moisturizer.
Which moisturizer are you using? For sensitive skin you can try the Venusia moisturizer( green bottle) or the cetaphil one.
May you recommend any suncreen under make up for oily skin

Yes you can use chemical exfoliant but use only 1 retinol product. 🤗👍

I am using tretinone for 2 months.
, that is once in a week . apply it for 3 hrs and wash it off .i had less than 10 acne here and there on face now it become darker .and also my face become tanned should I continue using it or not pls reply mam

Di i have super oily and acne prone skin. I have been using plum green tea range. I use the night clarity gel at night as a moisturizer which has glycolic acid in less than 1% concentration. I have never used an active before. The gel has helped in reducing the acne marks to some extent but not completely so can i use the minimalist 5% Niacinamide serum at night before using the plum night clarity gel as a moisturizer at night?

Tea tree and glycolic has not even worked for my oily skin , better try niacinamide + tretenoin 0.025
Minimalist niacinamide is worst serum. I had bumps but it gave more bumps and wrinkles. I will never buy it again.

Different products have different formulations so it will be unfair to compare the two brands. But the ordinary products are much more tried and tested! So you can really trust them. 😊👍

Mene jb minimilis 0.3% retinol shuru ki tb bhi aapki vdos dekhi ab m after 6 mnth tretinoin 0.5% use krna chahti hu. Kya m ise use kr skti hu 2 week before mene forehead pr ise use kia overnight . Kuch iritation ni hui. Plz btaye apne kitnw % use ki thi tretinoin
Dear I would suggest you consult a doctor before starting tret. Also, 0.05% can be very strong if you are just beginning. Mene 0.04% tret (micro) se start kiya. Micro is different and less irritating than regular tretinoin cream.

Yes you can use retinol. Use only at night, face acche se clean karne ke baad hi..don't use on damp or wet skin. Use karne se pehle patch test karna zaruri hai.

Yea you can try the deconstruct retinol also. Or the olay retinol.

Tretinoin is much more effective but at the same time there is high chance of irritation if you dont follow all instructions properly!
I can't differentiate when you pronounce Tretinoin and retinol.. Just a minor suggestion, try not to pronounce every word with so much force, please improve, thanks

Minimalist, the ordinary etc.. if they dont work plz dont hesitate to see a dermatologist because only they can give you prescription strength medications that work really fast. Other than that, you can try alpha arbutin 2% also. 😊❤

Yes you can! Don't use them in the same routine as tretinoin!

Use Alpha Arbutin in The Morning if you have Pigmentation. Do Apply Sunscreen.
With Vitamin C Serum, Use Five Times a Week at The Night. And the Other Two Days Tretinoin. Remember Not to use Vitamin C with Tretinoin. And Retinoids Need Not to be Used Everyday. Twice or Thrice a Week is Enough

Both are good but you have to be patient. Retinols take 3-4 months to show results. If pissible, talk to a doctor and use tretinoin as this is most effective for wrinkles ❤

Hi, if you were using adapalene gel successfully you should continue it. These two from minimalist are much milder and work slower.

Im using tretinon cream from last 2 months do i have to apply sunscreen ever two hours even if I'm at home i apply only once will that be enough please reply me.
Yes that should be enough! If you are not in direct sun I think one application is enough.

You should continue using but if the skin gets too red and irritated you need to reduce the frequency of using it!

For blackheads you can try a retinol if salicylic acid is not working. Retinol takes time to work but is very efficient!

@@BeautyMelange oh yes ... and hair fall too alot of it... they say its side effect of accutane (oral retinoid) but i experienced it using tret 0.5% topically... i stay away from it now ...searching for smthing that deals with skin texture and hyperpigmentation now
I think you should consult your doctor before trying these. May be you experienced some unusual allergic reaction or something. 😥

Abhi at least 1 month tak use mat karo aap ise. Aur koi zyada harsh product jese ki exfoliants bhi mat use karo. After 1 month you can try using it once more. Use it with moisturizer.

You can try the yugard cream or the olay retinol serum. Both are very beginner friendly.
