Bro thats tall already considering the fact that your Dad is 5 ft 4 and you are 5 ft 8 that too at the age of 16 you still have a lot of time don't stress too much about it OK . Just focus on how you can improve sleep quality and exercise regularly do mainly stretching and intense exercise involving the legs for about 20 - 30 minutes then you will be 6 ft above. And also diet and sunlight is very important if you are not getting enough sunlight then it won't help much. I would say about 15 - 30 minutes of sunlight every day. For diet take in enough food which contains calcium, vitamins, protein and last but not least zinc. There you have it I hope this would help you or anyone who stumbles upon this comment in a haysack ;). By the way I am 6 ft 4 inch. All my Parents and Grandparents are below 6 ft. My height stopped growing at the age of 22. So yeah I hope this would somewhat give you hope and enough info to grow taller. PEACE ;)

I hit 6 ft 1 inch n a ½ or 187cm at age 19 years old i almost lose hope thinking that I would never grow pass 6 foot mark. And to make matters worst i only have like 3 months to my 20th birthday and yet I did whatever I can and believe in myself untill one morning i notice the doorframe was lower than usual and that's when I realised that I achieved that goal of pushing past 6 foot mark. So I did not stop there, trust me when you notice that sudden change in your body you gotta take immediate action to get the most out of your height. So with that in mind i keep on doing whatever I got to do to grow taller untill about 1 year, 8 months and 12 days later into my daily struggle from managing everything into my routine be it Studies, house chores, assignments, exams whatever life throws at me I still managed to put off 1 hour but most of the times only 30 minutes of Stretching and HIIT/Plyometrics. I hit 6ft 3½ ft 192 cm. That was the happiest day ever I'm really proud of whatever I did for myself and thank God for giving me that chance 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
I would say I feel tall most of the times, considering I'm 5 inches above average, being 5'11 too. It's quite uncommon I feel short that too living in Delhi. What I have noticed is, I come across taller people more that night, I guess they are nocturnal? 😅
