Hi Dennis, please please please do the leaf springs on the rear, to see it hopping would be great, or you could put the A arms from the axle to the body to help stop the hopping, i done that to my MK2 Escort in the late 70s and it definitely worked A treat man. That big 1/6 Camero body shell is beautiful 🤩, you really find the best bodies for your rc’s. 😎👍👍👍🇬🇧
Don't worry about some of those losers that say bad shit they're just jealous cuz they can't do the work or something like it there's always bad people out there trying to bring down a good person I think the work you do the videos you do are amazing keep up the great work God bless bro
Just found you today an been watching your videos so I had to sub. You should build a 1/3 scale old F1 car with that 1/3 scale Cosworth DFV V8 I've seen from Bouland Motors. You definitely seem to have the skill to do it.
If you wanna bent tubing with no kinks, fill them with a really fine sand and bend your heart out. Edit: you BETTER put that v8 in there....even if you gotta trim the firewall back a touch. Please please please make it happen! (With the blower)
Definitely pass on the leaf springs. Having had an SS396/375 Camaro way back in '71 that wasn't fast or dangerous enough for me, I swapped it out for an L88 that was almost insane enough. To the point of the story... Whilst doing a speed run on a narrow back road one night, I pegged the 120MPH speedometer, saw a turn coming and backed off quickly. The result was that despite the slammer bars, one or both of the leafs immediately unloaded and started bouncing the car all over the road. It was an early driving lesson for me that I very luckily passed. Even though your RC Camaro probably won't try to kill you, the same physics apply and will certainly affect your enjoyment level :-)
LOL! you have been to the mountain top also! I have a 375/396 convertible Camaro that is really a L88 that was owned by the GM Buffalo central zone office as a promotional vehicle and this is totally insane to drive lol!
@@dennisdempseyradiooutofcontrol A very dangerous mountain top indeed! Those old 1st series Camaros were a blast but unfortunately handled about as well as a drunk mule. After calculating my expected lifespan with a 500+HP street beast (and grenading my last L88), I went legit and turned it into a fully-fledged NHRA C/Gas racer and ran it for three seasons before moving on to Pro-Stock. Still one of my favorite cars.
Looking great man and thanks for the help on finding those shop scale cranes. Question for you, Have you thought about making a nitro powered agoramodels Shelby GT500 Super snake? I believe that would be bad ass if you did a toyan engine swapped Super snake GT500
Camaro is looking awesome. The people who insult you need to start there own channel and show everyone how it's done. There bloody Yobo wankers. That's Aussie slang.
Ignore the dumbass comments Denny. Anyone who gives you a hard time is just jealous of your skills buddy 👍 Dang Denny be careful I just now saw that huge spider in your background !!!! Lol
@@dennisdempseyradiooutofcontrol that’s awesome! I was planning to do the same thing about 20 years ago to mine, I just didn’t have the ingenuity to figure out how to do it! Do you have a vid of how you did yours? I’m going to re restore my body and make it look like the Year One INOV8R

Don’t feel too bad on responding fast. Others don’t even bother. I think that rear end or any other metal rear end should hold good Dennis. Good luck.

It would look cool with the auss engin and mini funny car intake scoop on it. . Sort like the austreln burn out cars. Freedom factory has some.
Whats trippy brother. I dezied most of what rocker crawlers are to day using rc10t stealth transmtion. And tamiya mountaner. Axels.

That would be a cool build! I have thought about that,
YO!!
it almost looks like revell /monogram 1/6 scale model i built when i was a teen of course it was not a convert though
I don't think you need to worry about the RC4WD TCI R4 running a brushless but I don't know how tough the Tamiya/HG axles are.
Yeah those HG axles get loose as a mooses poose after a few runs lol,

4 link the rear. My be a 1/10 or 1/8 scale trophy truck reared.
How about leaf springs, and old school traction bars?
I agree there, old school..

Talking just abour engine block.
Let them hate .... They're only jealous cuz they can't do the same work
What kind of motor did you have in the engine bay?
I am using the diecast 1/6 scale L-88 427 with a brushless motor installed inside

Where do you buy your cars from
I search eBay for most of them.
I have the same exact Camaro do you mind if I just copy your build an call it the twin
That would be cool to see a twin build brother!
The engine sounds like real v8??
yes, they run on nitro fuel,
Do you build any of these to sell
still thinking about selling them,
That a nice car but are you going to put a real v8 engine
No the nitro v8 engine is to big, im going to install the diecast engine with the brushless motor inside, it fits perfect.
skinny tires up front fat meat in the back
