Tbh I understand what Cam means by the yellow (btw im partially colorblind so the fact that I had to say this is crazy) if you look at maps like cam said (quan chi's fortress, courtyard, whatever the sand map is) a lot of the maps have this sandy, yellow gradient tone to them that makes them look redundant and dull, if you look at mk1 a lot of maps have this vibrancy and variety to them.
edit: expanding after watching further, the map with the most variety is probably the pit, although its only two color pallets rely on blue and orange, it still blends two contrasting colors very well. cam is just trynna say that a single map in mkx doesnt have enough contrasting variety. its not about all maps being a specific color altogether.
Exactly you’re colour blind so you can’t differentiate the contrast therefore you don’t know what you’re talking about. Cam could have avoided this whole misunderstanding if he just said mkx goes out of its way to make all maps dark while the new games focus on more vibrant and brighter colours

😂😂😂 I get what cam is saying. It’s the same thing as how the matrix movies kinda have a greenish hue over everything. The characters skin kinda look green. Their black clothes kinda look green
Mkx definitely has a more gothic artstyle which i like a little more than mk1s ultra popping colors. Sf6 is perfect if tney remove those bright colors from di and dr
