Two years later 47 Neverland Ranch employees filed a complaint with the State of California against Jackson because he didn't pay his employees for FOUR MONTHS. There's no reason for an employer not to pay his employees the WAGES LEGALLY EARNED. It's an illegal act and immoral as well. The State of California ordered Jackson to pay his employees and Jackson paid them and then he fired them. That's some humanitarian behavior. The State of California ordered Jackson to SHUT DOWN Neverland Ranch because Jackson let the employees compensation insurance expire and he was fined for that as well. Jackson had money to fly his adopted children out of the country and back, but not pay his employees for 16 weeks. Straight up bonehead move. Due to the Freedom of Information Act the court documents are available to the public. Look it up.
Now, you do realsie that around this time, the man's organisation was being run by problematic folx. Michael's fault was not watching what was going on to make sure those who had access to his money wwre doing their jobs. The employees not getting paid was a minor issue compared to what was going on with his estate at the time. As to the comment about children, what adopted children? If you are referring to HIS children(since we don't know what was going regarding two of them), what do they have to do with this? He had just come out of the trial, and his money was tied up in other legal issues unfortunately. Hnece why he was making paid appearances and had to do the "This Is It" shows. According to the bodyguard who was with him during that time. He said Michael was only spending small amounts of money compared to the amount of money coming in. So, his spending wasn't the issue. It was the frivilous law suits that he was paying off as well as the credit card debt. Other than that, none of this disqualifies him as a humanitarian. But if we want to talk morals, we can go down the line regarding the way folx like to pass condemnation of others over situations, espescially not knowing the inside issues. That is a moral problem in its own right.
