To be honest, klopp does not deserve this kind of ending from these boys, not after all he has done for liverpool. Its heart aching
I think Klopp is an odious fuck' West Ham were crap, which makes taking two points off them even more satisfying.But I hope Liverpool now lose out on the title by these two points.
I think the Reds have overachieved this season. They were never favourites to win the EPL. 3rd is a realistic finish . They did improve from last season too.
Thinking that we brought players to do better and maybe fight for the league and crumble the way we did, this is horrendous to watch🤢🤢🤢

If we crept up to 3rd in latter games I'd agree. But the reality was we were in the driving seat and chucked it all away. And the league wasn't the only trophy to go missing in that regard. The Atalanta home leg was rough watching. The Manchester United cup defeat should never have happened. But what is, is. It's all about Slot now and next year. I don't know what to expect.
I somehow get the feeling that Klopp won’t be missing these post pressers.
My concern for Klopp is, he is clearly not looking very well. So I hope that he gets well soon once this season is over.

Liverpool scored two scruffy and lucky goals. West Ham scored two quality goals and had four more on target than Liverpool in the first half. Jurgen should put his glasses back on as he obviously didn't see any of that.

I'm so appreciative of seeing the best football in the past 15 years with this year's LFC, culminatingwith playing MC off the pitch (with yet another unfortunate bout of incompetence and/or corruption to steal the hardware)...
Of course thanks to JK, Salah and everyone else at the org, from the suits to the brooms. Frustration is understandable, but I have confidence all parties will rise above and shine through. Thanks LFC et al!

It’s the pressure these guys felt to give him trophies. And now they are not playing freely, making constant mistakes and blaming each other. Some have also checked out because they came here to play for Klopp.
And Klopp is sad to see his own boys argue with each other and him. Just a shame.
I think you hit the nail on the head. Klopp's departure was fuelling them up until there was a game where there wasn't a comeback. I think these guys felt like they could do anything and will bring home those 4 throphies for Jürgen. And then that vision was shattered by United at the FA cup quarterfinal. The players started doubting themselves, being more nervous on the pitch, communication between them faltered... they still played well, but again, two huge clashes where they absolutely dominated Man City and United were drawn, and I think that was the turning point. They started panicking, making mistakes, blaming themselves, blaming each other... And Jürgen may have tried to salvage the situation and coach them to find their old selves, he was devastated himself. I don't think he wanted to win the trophies for himself, he wanted these boys to enjoy the fruits of their hard work and passion paying off... And he just couldn't put the pieces back together anymore. Tragic, really. For the squad, for Jürgen, and for the fans as well.
I had a feeling West Ham was going to score to make it 2-2 because when we try to bring our players on the ball didn't go out of play for 5 mins and then they scored .

Jürgen’s first five years (up to 2019/20) were great, but unfortunately since Liverpool won the Premier League in that season (2019/20), they have been woefully inconsistent, lost 25 league games in the last 4 seasons and wasted hundreds of opportunities to score more goals.
In what was hoped to be a triumphant final season, the manager is leaving the club in a very poor and negative way.
I think Klopp's a brilliant person and a brilliant manager. Some of the players have let him down. The big mistake has been him announcing he was going to leave when he did. He was going to leave last season and was persuaded to stay on. Maybe he should have gone for his own good.
Football can change very quickly but he'll always be a legend.

@phil2003ashleigh But speaking as a fan who watched Liverpool fc's world class teams from the 1970s-80s ..none of this present team would have gotten into the reserves back then, never mind the first team 😮 Sad how our fans except this standard of play, I turned the Everton game off with over 10 minutes left in the match,I have never done that before in my life, but more importantly this team have been throwing the towel in with 20-30 minutes to go in recent games which is totally unacceptable.
Kloop last 3 years became a nice man
The club, the manager, the players , everyone associated with the club needs to take responsibility of letting the situation get to a point where a legendary manager and a legendary player , both of whom would not have achieved what they achieved without each other, openly shouting at each other on the sidelines. I don't care who is leaving, what games we have lost but it's fucking embarrassing and heartbreaking 💔 to witness this. This sucks and I am not even referring to the results.

His mood was very low and he did not deserve such an end at all; But the quality of this staff has brought it this far. He could not get the players he wanted and either the 2nd or 3rd options were taken. There was a stingy administration. Despite everything, he will leave as a legend.
Let’s be honest the problem is we way over achieved at the start of season if you’d of said last year we would finish 3rd this season every single Liverpool fan would of taken that given the fact we’re rebuilding. Back in champions league new signings settling into the squad.
Well, the writing was on the wall from when we drew at OT. Sluggish response to losing there in the FA Cup QF, which we should have won, and from since that league game of 2-2, we've been down. Atalanta in our own back garden, gifting them 3 goals. Own back garden, gifting again to Palace, the one goal they needed for victory. Scoring at Atalanta in the 7th min, not scoring again for 38 thereafter, and the following 45mins thereafter that.
Something's been going on in the background. We go well with Fulham, to then, unbelievably, gift Everton, of all teams, at all times, 2 goals, not even scoring, when we needed to catch up with Arsenal. To then walk from that into East London, to concede first AGAIN, gain the lead, and then throw it away. With one of our best players bickering with our best coach with 11 on the clock left. What mood is that to enter the field with???
Arsenal had their blip, Man City had a little one of theirs, now we've got ours and at such a time. Like we're near the finish line and suddenly the wheels have just come off. Title race for us done. Some players aren't putting in a shift like before because of behind-the-scenes disgruntlement. OR tiredness.
I love Klopp but gotta question some of the logic.......City uses its best Team even for Carabao cup...

The problem start for Liverpool is wen Fabinio Live, the absence of matip, them 2 with van dike was solid in the defense, now we have Konaté that don't know any thing about defense, Gomez is a disaster, kuansa dont have experience, so van dike is alone, Roberson can't go up like before cos have no one to cover him, same goes to Arnold,, from the middle go up we have a massive team,, and Salah Shud really step down in his ego,, Darwin shud com from the bench,, the 3 of top shud be, salah, diaz and gapko... Endo have to be in the bench,he make the team slow,, so that is the problem,, Klopp don't have the right player to play at this moment.. he is one of the Best DT in the football..

The team should be ashamed of what they have achieved in the last few weeks. Blaming everything on Klopp is not right. Who said out loud that we would give the coach the best possible farewell? Who doesn't stick to it and lets the coach down? Salah should be ashamed of what happened at West Ham today. If he spoke, would it burn immediately? What is he thinking? Hasn't been performing for weeks, but is getting upset. In the last important weeks...where was there a Salah? Better for him if he left at the end of the season too.
