So confused… literally every other reviewer has gone against Dan.

Just here to say after having a half empty bottle pour, it's phenomenal.
Had a pour of this today at evergreen in Louisville and loved it.
Every time Dickel is brought up, I'm gonna mention that Dickel BiB 13 yr Fall 2008 is a phenomenal bottle.
That it is for the low low price of 40 clams
What’s funny is I was just about to comment about the Kentucky Owls. I can still find the Batch 3 for 180ish. And it is sooo good!
I normally trust Dan's opinion but as someone who got one for retail I don't see it. Not going to compete with BTAC, but this is so much better than the JD Twice Barreled Rye100pf.

@@bourbonbill sure MSRP half the price, that’s like saying Coy Hill is a $75 bottle so there’s really no point in buying anything over $75 because coy hill is so much better than most things. Parker’s also donates to ALS which would make me want to pay more for it as well. Price is subjective to everyone and someone’s opinion can’t be a lie

You know what’s funny this is the exact same video but opposite reaction to last year’s midwinter night Dram review. Sean seems to be putting up a Defense of some of his favorite bottles and Dan’s bringing him back down to earth. Hahaha.

I am so sad that most bourbons don't have good distribution out of USA... I live in Bulgaria I can find Buffalo trace, eagle rare , jack daniels, wild turkey rare breed super easy and cheaper than you guys but the selection is so limited 😢

JDSBBP Rye this year is better than my bottle of this years Parker’s. Hands down!

Dan is spot on here. I was very disappointed. I was able to pick up two bottles and found a sample too. After the sample I moved both bottles.

Uh, no. You are wrong once again. NOT better than Handy and NOT better than Bookers Rye. I’ve had them all and have a bottle of this - Parker’s. It’s good. It’s just not to the level that you are imagining. But like all things whiskey, you boys let your imaginations carry you away a bit.
