The sales lady can easily be taught about the origins, flavors, aging, smoothness, casks, strength, smoke, history and differences in speyside, highland, Islay, Irish and japanese whiskies. She will be better able to describe these whiskies to unfamiliar people rather than saying it’s “beautiful, amazing, bahut acchi hai”. After all the expense spent on an amazing shop this additional training can create a great customer experience.

Seems that they(sales person) deliberately tell less rates on video but these rates are not available on store.
I even gave reference of the video.

This nothing but the old gtown wines now named cellar. I'm wondering as if he hasn't seen gtown 😀 Moreover its overpriced than any other L1 in gurgaon and I returned empty handed.
Nitin paji indeed this is the same place jahan phele GTOWN tha but after the new licence issued in April this store is take over by the cellar ( the one which also at the delhi airport ) and also excise dept in gurgaon has issued a mandate of MSP ( min selling price ) on number of brands hence the prices of many brands has increased in all L1 ones now.
