Interested in what model of eco solvent printer you're using, the print quality looks great!
Do you know the difference between the Cut Pattern options? I've seen people use 3 or 5, not sure the difference.

Plunger position 3 (first slot for plunger)
What's your setting for the force and speed? We're trying to do die cuts as well, but we get rough cuts when we pop it out of the sheet.

maybe your registration mark is outside of the pinch roller

Great vid! Are you using perf cut or is that die cut? How do they manage to stay in the sheet without falling out once cut?
