Only 90 cities were included in the study, so there is a good chance that the empty spots on the map simply weren't included

I have noticed the changes. The biggest change is seeing how migrant flows are used to smuggle drugs.
Party enhancements have been very popular and mainstream in the Netherlands since the ‘80s and are currently as common in places like Amsterdam as drinking alcohol, with a similar low level of stigma attached to them.
I don’t see too many issues with abuse though, similar rates as alcohol, maybe slightly less.
Effectively legalizing them has taken away much of the ‘bad boy cool factor ‘, allowing people to make better choices and talk about it or seek help without any thresholds if needed.
I will never understand why people turn to this evil.
