Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. One of my favorite mods is the one that replaces the Ascent dialogue with Dr. Eggman's rant about pissing on the moon. Gets me every time.

For ultra secret room it's adjacent to at least 2 red rooms
1 away from normal rooms
Create in your mind a new map with every red room adjacent to a normal room and from this map search a normal secret room

The ultra secret room is always 1 room appart from the regular map, is connected to the red room that connects to the most non-red rooms, pretty sure it is likelier to be near special rooms, also the ultra secret cannot be adjacent to a secret room

Ultra Secret rooms are most likely generated in spots that connect to 3+ non-red rooms through its adjacent red rooms (different squares in L rooms count as 2). They can be connected to 2 or 1 non-red rooms through its adjacent red rooms, but a specific 3+ room location is 11.5x more likely than a specific 2 room location, and 1 room locations being virtually impossible if there is a 3+ location available. If there is no 3+ room location available then a specific 2 room location is 11.5x more likely than a specific 1 room location

The ultra secret room is more commonly found when you use red key in spots that the secret room could be in but isn't. just keep in mind that the ultra secret room cant be connected to a normal non-red room. also i have tried to use red key on the ascent and it just uses it but doesn't make a room
I always try to use it in lonely dead ends with 3 possible red doors. The "middle" one will have 2 separate chances to open up to the ultra secret room

whenever I unlock go to Tainted characters/fight the beast I will always skip treasure rooms until I get a planetarium and then get the treasure rooms on the way back up.

1:19 watching Isaac vids instead of sleeping
I got a run with the D1 and basically infinite cracked keys and wanted to do some science. I spent a solid like 1-2 hours (in an already 1-2h run) and cleared literally every red room in one of the ascent floors. Can confirm, there are no ultra secret rooms (atleast i didnt get one, no idea why it would spawn on the other ascent floors or why it would be random tho).
I would love if you played borderlands on the variety channel, Isaac and borderlands are the only 2 games I watch youtube content on so that would be cool.

Hey Matt! Can you do a run that starts with mom's knife? I feel like it's literally the second best item in the game (first is death cert) (just my hot take) but everybody sees it as a synergy ruiner and not pick it up, it's kinda unfair lol. I think it'd be fun to give mom's knife start a shot! ❤
Red secret rooms have to be connected by 2 normal rooms and 2 red rooms, 1 red room can't be connected to the same normal room unless there is no other places it can be, the best places to check are areas that have an L shape.

I had a run where I had infinite red key uses every floor and went to the beast, can confirm no ultra secrets on the ascent
4:38 would've been better to check to the left of the treasure room or the left of the shop, that way you check 2 possible spawns, instead of just one, since it couldn't have been above the normal secret room

A lot of Borderlands 3's DLC is really good, Kreigs DLC gives a ton of insight about how BL3 affected Krieg and DLC3 Bounty of Blood tells a whole new story with new characters entirely and its really good, would recommend!

how do people still not understand the ultra secret room spawn conditions, its highly likely chance to be spawned in the position with the most adjacent rooms adjacent to it. so not touching, imagine the full ring around the ultra secret room, whichever position has the most rooms touching that ring of adjacent rooms, is where it will try to spawn, if it fails to spawn there it goes to the next, and so on. and it isnt confirmed but special rooms are indeed rumoured to count as like 1.5 of a room,
