This was for viewers that didn't have cable (4DTV/Digicipher II, Primestar, DirecTV, Dish Network etc...) as The WB 100+ was cable-only. Digital subchannels (the idea came from a station in the Tri-Cities, TN area) had not come to the Roanoke area yet.
When I first uploaded this, it got blocked due to a Pepsi commercial using a copyrighted song. I had to cut said commercial out for CZcams, but I uploaded this same break collection with the Pepsi commercial intact on Archive. I put a link to that upload in the description. UPDATE: I now know you were referring to the video title, which I now changed. I just added "YT Edit" so I didn't re-upload the offending original version.
