I also love how metallix was absolutely stomping EXE in pure strength through the entire fight making EXE needing to use hax illusions and teleportation to deal with him even in his super/dark form metallix was still giving him the hands in base, showing how powerful he is and why he rightfully is feared by almost everyone and those who aren’t should fear him

The way he says that, and the way Sonic's forms are shown just before he jumps onto the Master Emerald makes me think that Sonic himself may have transferred his soul onto Metallix's body since the demon has fully taken his, and is now using this to destroy the enemy.

RIP Mecha sonic. He was created as a villain, but lived long enough to see himself become a hero. Plus it’s an underused and underrated metal sonic model/character. Even if this animation is 2 years old I’m still glad to see mecha sonic being recognized

I just realized that metallix was using the positive and good energy of the chaos emeralds. usually he uses negative and evil energy. what metallix said before he went hyper mechadrix was "I am the real sonic"

At this point, Metallix is the Ultimate Mecha Sonic.
But the way how he sealed Sonic.exe to the master emerald, basically trapping him in it, I didn't expect that. As Metallix achieved Hyper Mechadrix, if some people who Mechadrix is, he's basically from the finale of Sonic Flash: Chaos Evolution (I might be wrong). Those series were fun to watch, and to be honest. I didn't expect for you to make Hyper Mechadrix be a thing, well. If it already was... But, keep up the good work man.

Which means, any super form can overwrite Exe(the demon) and that's how they're able to seal the demon into an object (sorry for being a nerd, it's just cool to me🤓)

The fight between demon and robot,
between death, and salvation.
I don't want to be typical English teacher, but this can be used as a metaphor of rebellious side of men and people in general. In here, the artificial creature fights on a par with a devil incarnate. Humans weren't good fighters and could've just die, but their wishes of life were higher priority than will of high creatures. When metallix is about to enter combat he two times saves eggman's soul from being consumed by sonic.

@@calvinheu2369 actually... it all depends on if this version of sonic.exe takes place before sonic adventure or after it. if after then chaos aint in the emerald and is basically in heaven after what happened at the end of SA1 but if its before then ya chaos is in it and for .exe to kill chaos? that i dont know.... its hard to tell as chaos is basically an water being and exe doesnt really have any kinda... well electrical powers to fry Chaos... so its hard to say. While on the other hand sonic just beat chaos in SA1 repeatedly tho he never actually successfully KILLED Chaos, just turned him into a puddle of goo....

This was beautiful, it’s not often you get to see villain vs “villain” fights and this was just perfect. Metallix vs .exe is truly an amazing fight, came back multiple times because of your work on it. The ending feels nice too, no side won mecha/metal sonic was broken and is left nearly destroyed and incapable of relocating himself and .exe is left within the master emerald with no escape. This. Is. How. You. Do. A. Final. Battle.

i never realized until now that the color of the souls sonic.exe absorbs is the same colors as knuckles amy and tails
Gotta admit, the way Hyper Mechadrix comes into play, and seals Exe in the Master Emerald while using Chaos Control to teleport Eggman to safety is an amazing finish. Metallix has always been a very interesting villain, and in this case he sacrifices himself to save the planet. That demon hadn't counted on the Super Emeralds being a thing, much less the sealing properties of the Master Emerald, thus giving Metallix an edge in the fight. Metallix died a hero this time around instead of his villanous ways being his doom. As for Eggman, I'd say that his encounter with Sonic.exe may be the rude awakening he needed to retire his world domination ambitions and actually turn over a new leaf. That leaves what exactly might have happened to birth Sonic.exe in the first place.
Until you find out that he isn't dead, just contained, but probably not for long

I’ve rewatched this animation so many times, but that doesn’t subtract from its epic-ness. I would be lying if I said I didn’t feel bad for Metallix at the end of this. Although despite being destroyed in the process, he succeeded in sealing away .EXE. Still one of my favorite animations you’ve ever done.

I love how Exe get stomped against characters like Metal Sonic and Fleetway Super Sonic in your animations
I dont personally have anything against him, but seeing this creepypasta finding out where he got himself into against the real threats from the sonicverse is really pleasant.
Speciallly because you did not just make him a weakling, we can see how he is clearly an actual demon here trying to consume the characters's souls at any opportunity like how he was doing with Eggman(and steal Sonic and Amy's body against Fleetway in the other videos), with multiple versions of himself, puppets and his own twisted version of the lightspeed attack and the Super Sonic transformation using said souls as fuel, did I mention the very rad reality warping powers through all the video too? He even transported Hyper Metal to his personal dimension at the 3:40 of the video as a last resource, which he has full control over! Yet the dude didnt stood a chance! And I loved his expressions too and how you keep his character coherent, like how every time you feature him he start excited for the challenge and when he get frustrated after starting noticing how he is being trashed he closes his eyes, point his fingers with head staring down like "fuck this" while activating his power.
I also enjoy very much that Eggman survived in this version, I was kinda sad with what happened in the old one as much as I loved it as well,...and was that Hyper Form a reference to the True Hyper Sonic from the old times of Newgrounds? Because if so, all I can do is praise you for this,

I think what makes Exe threatning is that he took the body of that same Sonic who fought multiversal beings and he's(or at least, the wanked versions of him) a universal+ tier demon.
So if HE COULD master Sonic's body and combine it with his own hax then he would surely be a threat.
This is also why I think this animation did him well, here he's already experienced enough to take on a character stronger than base Sonic and who also has the chaos emeralds(thought he still got his butt kicked), he even made his own twisted super form and that's a huge progress(at least for someone who lost to classic Sonic).

…This is for metallix, because in my mind...…..he has been fighting sonic (plus forms) for a really long time, like year's worth of rivalry.
During the ending.
Metallix, recording: "If you are hearing this, than i finally did it, i have beaten sonic, or at least i think i have........for many years i wondered, what it's like......to be someone with flesh and bones.
When i was first created, i thought could take down sonic with one attack, but i was wrong, so wrong, than after i was retrieved, i was repaired by the doctor and made many upgrades to my systems, with these upgrades i thought it was enough to beat sonic, than i failed, 'rinse and repeat' eggman would say sometimes...…
One day i found a old room, containing other prototypes of...…..me.
I log on to the computer in the room, all the flies said these 'ME's' were failed prototypes before me...….
THAN a thought come to me, that i could fuse with all of them, i did and it really worked.
I was remade into mecha sonic...…
When the doctor saw my new body, his jaw was wide open and was crying....
He then ordered me to attack sonic, without hesitation, i left to destroy sonic.
Victory was in my reach, than sonic and shadow fused into a being called 'shadic'.
We fought long and harder almost broken mobius in our fight, than another idea came to me...…the Chaos Emeralds.
I quickly rush to them and got them to transform into a form i thought was impossible.
Perfection is what i saw.
But i was still beaten, broken and fell to ground...…powerless to block a attack.
They left (shadic) me because they thought i was beyond repair.....or i at least thought.
After the battle, doctor eggman found me and rebuild me to my prime, with my perfect form intact.
Years pass by...….sometimes i would almost won, than victory was taken from me again.
…..Sonic always told me i was never ever going to be the real sonic, no matter how hard i try.
I never understood why.
Today, i finally understand what he ment, i can never be the real sonic, because i was made of wires and steel, with no soul....and the only thing i strived for was Obvion for all those around me.
I am METALLIX, the machine god...…or so i was....
When i felt the power surge, i knew that once and for all, i can beat sonic.....not because i am sonic...…because i am metallix.
However Doctor robotnik was right about the power surge, i only had a few minute's left, so i did exactly what the doctor was doing.
With all of my power, i destroyed sonic and saved........my father.
I only have a more seconds left before my body is SHUT down.....for good.
…Through all of my life their one lesson that will always be in systems.

This entire animation, without a doubt has amazing direction. The fact that Sonic.Exe persisted in his attempts to snatch up eggman gave me shivers. You really gave both characters direction and motif.

Animation logic: it would take a demon's power to at least weaken
Metallix kind of has its own logic. it's pretty much a [What-If], like, what if Metal Sonic had merged with all the other united Metal Sonic, evolved into a much more powerful unit, and pick up all the emerals of chaos, and evolve further.

@@WhittyYT nonono Exeller is actually a physical hedgehog which means that like and entity that's still alive Exeller is a brown Mobian hedgehog but that could be what Exeller's soul looks like and Exeller is only slightly darker than the real Sonic that one's a lot darker at least sort of like a navy blue-ish colour and I don't know which EXE looks like that but if he is completely disintegrated he ends up returning to the void but he's been weakened and for every defeat he suffers he ends up losing his power until he's completely gone also I'm beginning to think that EXE'S origins do matter because he's actually a cloud of sentient Dark Matter that took the form of Sonic

I absolutely fucking LOVE that this has basically been absorbed as canon and Metalix actually gets a REAL moment of redemption as he takes on the next top tier villian! This has like fr become his good ending! Lol
Now that's a fight! I thought about Metallix or Mecha Sonic vs Sonic.exe recently due to the different kinds of dread they both bring to their victims.
I was worried I would only find regular sprite fights of these two just bashing each other without capturing what makes them "them", but this captured the raw, brutal power and lack of hesitation from Metallix and the law-defying cipher-esque nature of the creepypasta Sonic.exe.
Metallix would charge headfirst into the fight. Sonic.exe would glitch around his adversary. The fight would be bloody, gruesome, and epic in a way that I don't imagine many other matchups could be.
This animation pretty much ticked every box for me. Provided the fight was good enough, I didn't even care who won, but I found the ending to be arguably the most satisfying one possible for me.

Metallix, a villain taught and programmed to destroy sonic, and yet expressed who he really is, a robotic soul with a heart of steel to conquer and defend whomever is seen as a threat. He is not a hero, he is not a villain, he is not a sidetaker, he is...a Gift. May we know who he really is.

what i liked about this fight is how you made Metallix the underdog despite being more efficient then exe. It was the battle between an unstoppable force and immovable object. And yet, it still feels amazing rooting for the underdog 🔥
