What's the coolest thing RVD has done?

Return to wwe in the royal rumble 2009

Is there a guy who didn't absolutely love this guy. He was one of a kind (pun definitely intended)
ric flair
@@sentsky3281 😂
Is one of a kind you mean, he's not dead you know lol
@@matthewlane518 He meant about his career lol
Triple h
RVD is just too damn likable, no matter what his script has him do.
It's a damm shame that he never held the Championship belt for more than a month, but he still proved that he was the Whole F'in Show.
Oh nice pun
Rvd was so cool to me because he had the body type of a technician and with a lil more muscles he could be a powerhouse yet he was a high flyer
Maybe if Rob Van Dam didn't get caught smoking weed in 2006, he'd still be WWE Champion.
I don’t think they’ll give him a 15 year title run
@@hwahardcorewrestlingassoci9611 🤣
@@hwahardcorewrestlingassoci9611 😂😂
He wasn't smoking it. He was arrested for having it in the first place.
@@sirnetflix7162 Now now.. he was def smoking it.
I really love his move set! But it is kinda weird to see a high flyer thats more bulky then the rest😂
Being a young kid in the early til mid 90s first watching RVD, everyone thought RVD was related to Jean Claude Van Damme 😂😂
I got to shake his hand in ECW and he complemented me for buying ECW wrestling tapes. Those were the days. ECW shows were the best wrestling shows I ever went to. You got a real sense of belonging and community at them.
He was truly one of a kind, guys from the AE/RA will never be replicated. It was such a unique group of talented performers with personas that are still unmatched
Perfect BG music for RVD, I was singing "One of Kind" in my mind
Finally!! Zach has returned to his home...
Met Rob and Terry (Sabu) briefly after they did a local house show for ECW. They were getting snacks for the road. Both pretty laid back guys.
Hate that WWE did to them.
Hes undefeated at wrestlemania. Hes a legend
13:31 look at all those freaking camera flashes. That’s any young wrestling fans dream right there. RVD is definitely in my top 20 🐸 ☯️
Rob Van Dam's notably one the best wrestlers in the world and NO ONE CAN TAKE AWAY HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS! He's both a dynamic entertainer and personality that is so unique in one package... He is one of my favorites and I've been watching and attending wrestling matches since I was a little boy at the age of 11 years old.
Mr. 420 himself! I'm surprised this Bell to Bell episode didn't come out sooner.
Now, can we have Ted DiBiase Jr. First & Last matches, Zach?
I mean the Wacky Tobaccy is mostly legal in the USA nowadays
@@rescuerex7031 that’s what the guy was meaning he’s basically saying it should have come out on 420 04/20
RVD one of my all time favorite wrestlers always exciting, amazing high flying wrestler, he had a real chill vibe, a legend 👏👏👏
I really loved the way of his wrestling style 🔥
rob van dam was ahead of his time
I love that the background music it plays his raw 2 theme.
One of a kind RVD
Rob Van Dam the only guy that's the main really sought after cuz he know he can get over with the fans and he was good at the high spots and everything it was basically the whole FN show 👌🏻
It really bothers me how WWE wouldn't allow RVD to defeat super fuckin hero Cena clean for the WWE title
Just be thankful he still won the title, ECW crowd sure was, they would've rioted if he didn't win it at all.
Cena was their top star bruh. He was very protected just like Austin and Rocky in the Attitude Era. Even Taker couldn't beat them clean back then.
@@rodrigoodonsalcedocisneros9266 So? They were making Rob the top guy. Let him win clean. Even in their rematch on Raw, he STILL didn’t win clean. What kind of champion does that make you if you don’t beat your opponent legit ever?
@@sirnetflix7162 Ric Flair is the record holder of most world championships won in a career and most of those were defended multiple times exclusively via cheating even when he was top guy. Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels -even when they were faces- many times were only able to defeat strong opponents (Diesel, Taker, etc) via third party interferences or stuff like that. Having a face champ that doesn't always win clean was not new for WWE in 2006. Cena was supposed to be almost unbeatable like Hulk Hogan, so they have to do the next best thing to put RVD over John there. In the end it was clear they were pushing Rob there, but Cena still remained top guy over him. Maybe had Rob not gotten into trouble weeks later, he might have ended up collecting clean victories over Cena eventually.
RVD should have one more run in WWE before he officially retires
Yeah I was so let down when he didn't win a title in his last run. I got to see him live though wrestle sandow at a smackdown taping
@@awesomemantm2000 He should've at least won the IC title. I watched him wrestle Neville at a NXT taping
My favorite pro wrestling matches were RVD vs. Jeff Hardy during the whole Invasion era. Both are legends!
one of a kind ❤
Loved his role in Double Impact along with JCVD.
Lol, I never saw the resemblance though...
Wait that was him?!
The joke went over my head lol
If rvd had have been pushed stronger, would be going down as one of the tippy top mount Rushmore quality wrestlers
It was him getting caught with weed that killed any push. He was getting pushed pretty high and fast before he was caught.
i am your biggest fan i have watched your all bell to bell and more videos
love your videos
Long time finally back
Imagine a rvd and riddle segment comedy goal
They had one with khali at Wrestlemania this year that was hilarious but would love to see it again lol
You forgot his run in TNA
for a reason
Its first to last matches in 'wwe'
@@floofed94 he did one for Kurt Angle and he mentioned his run in TNA
Truly one of a kind
Ended on a high note... it sure did 😏
Just as RVD wanted lol
One of my top 5 favorite high flyers
Its crazy its been 10 years since RVD was in WWE ring i wish to his return for one final match
I like the bell to bell sound in the intro
Great vid

Awesome video like 2 ❤️❤️❤️❤️👍
I got the chance to meet him about a week ago... One of the coolest and nicest people on the planet.
Young RVD looks like the actor Van Damme!
Some TNA timeline would be cool, but i get it, only wwe. Cool video dude!
hi mr tap out corner i love your vids and i bin which you seen 2017

One of a Kind
And now Mr Monday night is in the HOF thx for the memories red we love u ❤
he is no doubt one of his kind. no one has ever been able to create what he is capable of.
The beginning of the end for RVD was when he lost against HHH for the heavyweight title. Had he won, his stardom would have skyrocketed. I will die on the hill that RVD should have won against HHH, John Cena (clean), arguably the WWF title with Austin and Angle, against Del Rio, and the US title in his final run. He could have been as big as guys like Shawn Michaels were, but WWE wouldn't give it over petty fucking politics. What a shame.
Well, anybody would be huge if they won ALL their important matches. I agree he should have won against HHH (but then again, so should have a ton of other wrestlers and then RVD would not have had the opportunity to dethrone the heel star HHH), but the rest of outcomes are OK with me.
For pro-wrestling purists RVD was better than Cena, but WWE caters to kids and casuals, and patriotic soldier Vanilla Ice was that generation's Hulk Hogan. No way for RVD to beat that whole thing in terms of marketing.
After that, Del Rio never clicked as a top face in WWE but he was contractually protected enough to win most of his matches. Del Rio is actually a very talented all-around performer, maybe had he worked his promo game on his own with better english he could have gotten as big as his potential suggested, but WWE's poor booking buried him and everybody that was sacrificed for him. He was a latino version of Roman Reigns but with less appeal for the Indians, kids and chicks, hence why they got rid of him once his contract expired.
@@rodrigoodonsalcedocisneros9266 I disagree, RVD could have been plenty marketable for his time, they weren’t PG in his prime and for those times people were buying his merch all the time. Even when he returned in 2013, the cheers he was receiving was blowing the roof off the building. A world title win would have kept that momentum going, but they refused to let him win the belt off Del Rio. I’m a hispanic viewer, and I didn’t give two shits about Del Rio and how he represented our spanish cultures, whether he won all the time or not. Even if they wanted to protect Del Rio, why not have RVD win the title in the first bout and then have Del Rio win it back later? I’ve seen kids who said they didn’t know who RVD was from before but loved him all the same.
@@sirnetflix7162 mighta, coulda, shoulda. That's my point. Cap America/Vanilla Ice combo was a surefire hit tested time and again (Hulk Hogan f.i.), so Vince would not jeopardize it to try to get RVD over. Yep, RVD could have eventually outsold Cena, but he could have not just as well. Same reason why Vince and HHH buried Punk and try to bury Bryan: they wanted a tested formula, they feared what "might" happen otherwise. Hence, now we have that p.o.s. Reigns.
@@sirnetflix7162 I'm also hispanic, and I too disliked his top face run. It was rushed and inorganic, he stopped being the mexican Ted DiBiase and suddenly he transformed into Capitán México while people weren't really sold on him....so that's why I compare him with Roman Reigns. Alberto was pushed down our throats and was not as cool as when he was a heel, and his big downside compared with Roman is that chicks, kids and indians weren't that much into him, unlike Roman's case.
Vince always misinterpreted Rey Mysterio's appeal: he thought it was mostly kids and latinos, when in fact it was kids from all ethnicities and wrestling fans all over the world. Alberto was pushed as Capitán México and even mexicans were turned off because he was just a chicano Cena, a supposedly golden boy of Vince, unlike true idols like charismatic underdogs Rey or Eddie.
Btw, I know Alberto actually has tons of charisma and can manage a mean mic, but his talents for whatever reason weren't really displayed in WWE, so he never became the draw they wanted him to be.
@@rodrigoodonsalcedocisneros9266 Hard agree, RVD definitely fits in the Punk/Bryan demographic, but unfortunately RVD wasn’t at the luxury of having internet fans rallying for a push during his best years while the other two did.
He was my top fave
I really like rvd he is one of my favorite wrestler
The intro is clever
Shinji Nakamuru gonna be a good one when he finally hangs it up. One of the best entrances and theme music of all time. I love how it's like he's a rock star but it's not cheesy. No wonder he smokes cigs before matches he puts %100 into his entrance and matches. His feud with Styles on Japan was great. Idk...how WWE messed it up in the States. Although they've been great at screwing feuds for several years...S.M.H.
Are you talking about Shinsuke? Yep, his persona in Japan was a mixture of crazy yakuza and rockstar abd it worked wonders for him. He is one of the few that would need to be on NXT or anywhere else outised WWE mainstream shows to get over. His strong style got inmensely watered down there.
I’m still mad they didn’t give him his world title run when he won the rumble and as seemed that he was gonna win the big one
The guy who can Fly
i love RVD
About the shawn michaels do an updated one like that goes over all his matches plzzzzz I am a big fan of you
I love bell to bell💜💜
I was surprised he didn't mention the stuff about like, how wrestling kinda advanced. In 97 he was the hot new thing, drastically different from nearly anything else from WWE at the point bar the light heavyweight division which I'm not even sure we fully around at that point. Lol the commentators couldn't and probably didn't know how to vocalize his moveset. Then in his last match, his style of high flying is basically a dime a dozen, Seth with his slight power advantage and version of high flying of his own was able to put away the aged relic. Lol I'm not dissing him, just a thought I noticed with the comparison between his first and last match.
Rob van dam. He is the true super star.
No man loved that much. Have different fighting styles.
A man who knows no fear, that's him. Is it wrong.
id love to see rvd come back for a 1 of in the royal rumble next year
They told wwe he was available they never gave him a call back smh

The coolest wrestler of all

I watch him live at a house show in Vegas in 2013 or 14. Sadly I don’t remember it too well.
do ultimate warrior bell to bell
Drug possession?!? He had cannabis. Yes it was illegal when he was caught with it, but drug possession can mean anything. His actual charge was "possession of marijuana"..... aside from that, pretty good video. Also RVD is the whole fn show.
Yeah drug possession can mean anything… including marijuana which is a d r u g
YESSSSSS
Big show
I wish they make rob band Dan in More wwe Games
At around 12.07 bro said “rvd missed a curb stop” LOL
RVD!!
"RVD definitely went out... on a HIGH note"
I mean, yeah...
This man had a lot of cool ring attire i wonder whats the count of them
Yes
Cool intro
We need one on sabu now
ECW and RVD are synonymous
Thanks for making the video can I have a shout out next time please
rvd is so cool man best wrestler
You should do one of RVD’s former tag team partner Kane next
Did RVD ever wrestling Kurt Angle, I feel like that would've been a classic
2001 I think with Austin interfering with the match
He did in the revived ECW. While RVD was WWE and ECW champion.
2:14 horrifying bump
I live in Michigan too
*The Whole Fucking Show!*
Could you do Kanes first and last match
YEEEEEEEES
I started watching wwe in 2004. RVD was treated like trash during those years I remember, except when he teamed up with Rey
Please do Daniel Bryan first and last matches in WWE.
RVD IS THE BEST
I really wish he would have one last run but in AEW. He could be the mentor for top flight
back in school i dida fivestar frog slash of the playground slide
Is it just me who felt 12:37 the way he tried to kick is cute? lol
The greatest wrestler ever, to me.
Same, he was a jack of all trades and a very dynamic artist.
You should do a kane bell to bell
I always thought as a kid that rob van dam & jean claude van damme were the same person lmao
