For those of you wondering why I didn't include the little info sheets I usually do: the bosses in this mod don't have a fixed HP number! they scale with your dps and items. They will be buffed/nerfed accordingly to make them harder if you have an op build and weaker if your item build sucks.

I really like the change in the hp scaling with the bosses because my biggest problem with the og revelations mod was that the bosses were just too tanky. It seems way better now
Mod dev here; technically it has been changed in the Neapolitan update (last AB+ big patch), the system has been the same after that. That said yes, it was a big improvement from the previous version.

Narcissus’ rendition of the Flash Isaac theme is so chilling. (Pun Intended)
Also Prong and Chuck look like Meat Boy bosses.
I think Prong is heavily inspired by C.H.A.D. boss from Super Meat Boy. Almost the same facial animation
Chuck looks more like a character from one of The Behemoth's games

I like the champions that put a unique spin on how you fight the bosses rather than just giving them a small buff
Also I'm glad that they shortened williwaw's super hexagon attack because that felt like it was a boss-rush begone move

Anybody else wishes the Isaac engine was more optimized so you could have all the big mods online without slowdown or sprite issues?
A little fun tidbit with Chuck specifically, if you kill him with the ice block already destroyed, you get a different animation for his death

I love how the champions, instead of having more hp or being bigger, they just have new attacks, that's cool
OH MY GOD, the timing on three stalactites falling in perfect sync with music at 0:14 made me think this boss was attacking alongside his music patterns, like in Dark Souls.
Also, love new bosses design, when they rely on attacks with readable patterns it is alot more satisfying than when attacks are just "throw alot of random stuff at player, enter invulnerability phase, repeat"
I *love* that Narcissus will use some Active items against you, it's always really cool when enemies in games will use a player's own tools against them, it's part of why Dogma's such a cool boss because it uses Godhead against you
Another, non-Isaac example would be the Battle Tested Guardian from one of Zelda: Age of Calamity's DLC, where if you try to parry its laser back in the fight against it, _it'll parry the laser back to you in return_

Prong and Chuck really feel like an actual creation from Edmund McMillen

I just wanna say, the mirror bosses are some of the coolest enemies I’ve seen in any of the mods, I’ve only seen the second one once in a youtuber’s run that sadly got ended by it, but I cannot WAIT to see a showcase of it!

I like how there all posthumous/variations of bosses we know and love. Stalagmite being a frozen gurdy, prong being a variant of bighorn, frostrider being a petrified famine, etc. yet they all feel like there own bosses at the same time.
Missed opportunity to name one of the bosses Jack Frost.
Specifically Frost Rider.

looks like there's a graphical bug with williwaw, since it was coded initially to have a maximum of 5 copies and not 6, when williwaw is dying and there's only 2 visible, one of the copies creates from nowhere the stalactite inside him.

I like how some of the bosses are winter themed versions of other bosses, specifically Famine, Gurdy Jr. and Chimera.
Honestly this bosses have better design than antibirth ones, also boss OST is amazing

Having literally just looked at Revelations' Steam page, it seems the Isaac engine has some kinda limitation that can kick in if too many mods are enabled at once that can render sprites as black squares or transparent after some gameplay
Seems like all you really can do is trim as much mod fat as you're willing and hope it'll be enough to clear up
@@iDevil360 it's because a ton of having a lots of mods, try disabling some small mods that could help
I still wish they kept Flurry Jr. Monsnow, and Duke Of Flakes in the Glacier boss pool. I love altered versions of existing bosses. Well at least Frost Rider was spared.

@@BigHatLoganGaming They did explain it,they can’t do anything about it.There is hard cap on sprites in isaac that was discovered,that means if there were another revelations-sized mod that did optimize well and you ran it together with the other big mods like fiend folio and deliverance,there will still be invisible sprites.

What happened to monsnow and dusk of flakes?
I was told Monsow is not considered a real boss and he just apears in challenge rooms as a wave. The Duke seems to have been cut.
Monsnow and Duke of flakes were removed in the Neapolitan update for afterbirth revelations, seems like the team didn’t put them back in

It'd be really cool if this mod was compatible with fiend folio (like some new exclusive enemies for glacier and tomb from fiend folio if you have both mods!)
Its recommended by the devs to use both mods altough lag is inevitable if your pc is a potato

Yeah, it's compatible the devs of both mods say its fine and even with Retribution (3 big mods in total)
Also there is a limit of mods you can have so try to not exceed that limit
