Those wall units are different, never saw anything like that before. Those older traine fans are like instant full throttle when they start up. Other ones take alittle while before the fan is going fully

Those Bard wall mounts are common here. A lot of schools choose them since they could do the job very well rather than commercial units on the roof. They are good for portables too.

Not the fan motor, it’s the scroll compressor.
