- There are a massive amounts of tents in Guild Wars 2. And today, I want to go across the world of Tyria and talk about my top ten favorite ones.

This past week, I ran a poll for what the next Top 10 video I create should be, and the winner is "Things in Orr!"
So next week, I'll be releasing that video! Gardens and Random NPCs were very close and both tied for second place, so I'll do Gardens the week after and Random NPCs the week after that! Then I may release a video or two in between that and Top 10 Story Moments! Then eventually, I'll end up doing Camps.
But I wanted to ask (for feedback purposes) what people's opinions on Camps are (it only got 6% of the votes). Is it just less interesting than the other options? Is it a dumb idea? Is it too similar to tents? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
I think Camps have many interesting stuff that can be explored around them (and many dont even have tents!!) but the other options are either more spectacular or atractive at first glance (Dierdre, Aurora, Anya, Rhiann, Cymbel's "gardens" come to mind too fast), orr is too vast and its always nice to learn some new thing about that iddle npc you saw once :P
PD: im eager for the umbrella's top too
@fernaxv Thank you for your thoughts! I have a sneaking suspicion that there is going to be a cool umbrella in Janthir Wilds, so I'll probably wait for the expansion to make that one!
Camps as in campfires? Or Supply Camps in WvW? I always go into and/or lay down or sleep in every tent and stop at every camp fire and eat and maybe sleep, so if it's camp fires I'm all for it! You've done some creative top 10 lists that I would never have thought of and I've enjoyed every one of them, so I'll trust that no matter the pick, you'll make it fun and interesting.
@hilanddoug More in the direction of camps like campfires. My fiancée mentioned that calling it "Top 10 Encampments" may be better.
I consider many of the WvW camps as various types of resource gathering structures. So some of them could potentially be included in a "Top 10 Lumbermills" for example.
Where looking at encampments, using examples from this video that could potentially be in that video, we see: Rocklair (research encampment), Astral Ward Camp (military encampment), and the Marifa Refugee Camp (refugee encampment). Where we can see different types of camps all around the game like hunting camps or just a camp set up for people to sleep at night in addition to all of these.
Top 10 Campfires is also a good idea for a video, but I would consider that as a separate idea which would potentially feed into the idea of a camp, similar to tents being unique but also often times a part of a camp.
@@Athis Ah, okay. I wondered if you meant something bigger like a whole encampment. My fave is the Charr one at the back of the home instance. Then again, plain old campfires apart from other stuff could be a totally separate top 10.
My favorite is the Priory tent. But your choice of carnival tents is definitely S tier! Great job! I am looking forward to hopefully play with some of these tents with homesteads! Subscribed!
Yes YES, I've been waiting for this one! I'm hoping that the JW homestead get a bunch of tents to use.

someting i really like with gw2 are the tents/buildings/structures that you can go in without loading into a separate instance, and are to scale. it always blows my mind a luttle that like in DR there are taverns n inns and various buildings that you can walk in and go all the way up the stairs n visit every room. or like the nobles tents with all those furnishing etc. 99% of the players prob never noticed or went to look, and yet all the details are there anyway. pretty neat!
@@Insig385 I always love it when games have interiors! Looking inside of tents and buildings like those DR taverns is one of my favorite parts of GW2!
