I’m so excited to watch this video! Espiecially when it shows the not being good at sports because I go to a professional ballet school, and so when it comes to p.e class, it’s so embarrassing and awkward because I am terrible at it. 😅

In sixth grade I had ballet rehearsal right after school, so I wore my hair is a tight ballet bun to school. It was not the best feeling looking like a bald egg in school. 😅
The careers counselling section was spot on. I had the exact same thing in a different industry. I’m mid forties now. Guess who has had their dream career for over twenty years . 🤓
Suck it career counselling. I did not follow any of your stupid advice. Just because you haven’t heard of my profession doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
Anyone at school now wanting a non standard job….do your own research and have some solid back up plans. You might have to work two careers/jobs at the same time, but some of what you love may be better than none. If I’d listened to that woman I’d probably be working in a school!😱🤬😵💫🤯
no I literally remember wearing a bun to school/putting my hair in a bun at school when I was younger and people getting way too hung up on why I was wearing a hair net 😂

Yesss omg this was so relatableeee- I did a lyrical solo for a talent show my freshman year and everyone loved it- but I haven’t performed since bc of some boys that videoed with creepy intentions. It was still so funny to go after all the singers and pianists and whip out doubles and footwork and leaps in my turners and costume😂

as a cheerleader, your toe touch was rlly good! i remember in year 8 me and my group of friends did a lot of stunts for cheer and everyone was rlly confused on why 12 year olds were doing cheer stunt and a lot of the were gasping in shock it was hilariouss very relatable video for the most part!
whenever I tell people I don’t want to go to college and get into a ballet company there like you’re not going to college I’m like no how would you do more school instead of do some thing you love and they’re like but it’s college and I’m like….

Im a comp dancer but this is basically me. If I have a comp over the weekend I am sometimes able to get my gym teacher to let me practice my tricks with one of my friends while everyone else plays basketball.
I can really relate to when people don't see dance as a job and only as a hobby. I don't know how many times people ask me what I work with and I say dance and then they say is dance really a job

Lol I feel so called out lol. So I would take my pointe shoes to work so I can sew them if I didn't have time to finish them and people would try to touch them all the time. Also because I have dance right after work I literally would have to put my leotard and tights on in the bathroom like before I clock out. Also it doesn't take me that long to do a bun so I don't worry about that process.
No see the gym thing tho. Im a football player and a ballerina so people are really confused how i play so well. the boys stare at me when i play yet they say they can beat me in my own sport. nice vid btw

Relatable (except I didn't want to pursue ballet as a career), especially the PE class. Also, *why*, if you dance 10+ hours a week, are you still forced to do PE when the people on sports teams don't???

They have a point. You can't really be a ballerina unless you're French or Russian.
That last one was so unreliable because I do dance and soccer, which might sound strange but normally I would be upset about the player on our team who’s not good at all. P.S. not trying to be rude.
