If i remember currectly, Anby doesn't remember her past, and both she and soldier 11 are very similar in both design and fighting style. Makes me imagine that they were part of a super soldier program or something by the defense force, Anby managed to escape while soldier 11 is who she would have been had she stayed.
Most likely. Another interesting fact is that both Soldier and Anby seem to have the ability to accurately tell/predict time. Soldier does it with Belle at the start of the vid, and in Anby's character teaser she states that it'll take 7 seconds for her to fall into the Hollow

No, there's definitely a connection here. It would be one thing if they just shared similar designs, but they have similar equipment and personalities as well. That's far too coincidental for them not to have some sort of connection.
