- The new hairy-chested Aston Martin Victor. The One-77. The Vulcan. The 4.7L V8 Cygnet. The Vantage V12 V600. All driven on Silverstone’s Stowe circuit, and all products of Aston Martin’s exclusive ‘Q’ branch. If Aston were a club, ‘Q’ would be the VIP area. Except behind these velvet ropes you won’t find a sticky leatherette booth covered in various DNA, but the most spectacular and unique special editions to come from the British marque. If you can think it, they can pretty much make it. Case in point, the hilariously brilliant shoe-horning of a 4.7L Vantage V8 into Aston’s Toyota iQ-based Cygnet. @@pyrho1 Jeremy, Richard and James had become stale and boring to me. The same 3 old men making the same jokes episode after episode. I think the Grand Tour proves that, people don’t seem to like it is much even though it’s the same presenters. And now look, Jeremy has a farming program on Amazon and GT might not even get re-commissioned.
Yea in deed they have gotten a bit better. They had to step up their game. The non journalist You Tubers are still pumping out better content.

The Aston Martin Vulcan is in my opinion the most beautiful car produced in the last 10 years, and when you add the naturally aspirated v12 engine.

Top gears online content is better than the actual show. Ive missed the proper reviews the last few series’
If you think about it, Top gear show is rather a car comedy show than serious car reviews, the fact that in rare occasions Chris Harris spend a few minutes on quick buying guide is a proof. Oh and in my opinion the trio now is good, better than when the weird 2+1 set, cuz they actually got chemistry.

Totally agreed. It looks powerful and special, has imposing presence on road while still being beautifully elegant
Best rear end design on a car ever in my opinion. Just a clean simple shape, a simple diffuser with integrated exhausts, and the most perfect tail light ever designed.
The Noah Thiru has to be one of the prettiest humans ever made. Even better looking than a Danny Devito in my eyes

The Victor is AMAZING. A fitting tribute to Mr Gauntlett and his 80's Astons.
The year is 2090 , Aston Martin Valkyrie is rumoured to be launched next year.
And it’s claimed to be Mach 3 capable with vertical take off. Still no cup holders though.

Vulcan is peak sports car design according to me. The smoothness, elegance is practically unmatched AND those tail lights, they're the most beautiful I've ever seen.

I have to go with the One-77, im only 18 years old and it was one of my childhood cars, I always found it to be one of the most beautiful cars ever made, also the Victor is insane, its everything we love about Aston in just one place.

That V8 cygnet... i just cracked up everytime they had the outside shots of it rocketing down the track with that sound. Somewhere, someplace, there’s a SHOgun owner who just found their next car.

Aston designers are phenomenal. Just when you think they cannot possibly produce a prettier car than their latest offering, they churn out an even better looking one.

Nothing beats the JC RH JM trio. The new version is a more mature show. But the dynamic of the previous presenters is unmatchable.
That’s the problem, they need to stop trying to “match” it!! Why do they need to pair the great Chris Harris with a cricket player and some northern meathead who just totaled a Diablo on a normal road test? Can we just have 3 professionals please??
Definitely Victor - perfectly shaped and I like this 80-90s vantage look in a front, suits the car nicely
V8 Cygnet and Aston Motorbike, had no idea these two existed and what a victor was, great video. A road version was the vulcan would be awesome though, always thought that was the best looking aston post DB9 era ( tied with the DB10)

The AM Victor is my new *"hypothetical rub the genie lamp and have it"* car, because I'd certainly never pay 4 million pounds for it, and although I don't understand why that 7.7 LITER V12 is only making the same power as a well tuned VW Golf, I still desperately love everything about it.

Top tip though.. Have a professional detailer go over the cars before you slow-pan over the paint. It looks like a child went at the finish with a scrub brush!

It's just sad that not many people buy Astons, at least the DBX makes them decent profit now, so hopefully they will be able to continue building great GTs and some exotics in between
@@DefinitelyNotEmma Aston lost £42 Million in the first quarter of this year despite having strong DBX sales. The company will die unless Mercedes take over a larger stake.

Seems like Aston Martin is using the names of the British cold war V-bombers, first the Vulcan, the name of the Avro Vulcan, now the Victor, such as the Handley Page Victor. Next is probably the Aston Martin Valiant after the Vickers Valiant

The V-8 Cygnet reminds me of one of the crazy motor swaps you can do in Forza, where you build compact that can beat most hypercars… I’d love to take it for a spin.

The Victor uses a manual version of the same gear box in the one 77, and an upgraded one 77 engine. I’d love to take that beautiful blue one 77 and get it upgraded with the manual and more power
