- Happiness is experiencing moments of joy over an extended period of time.
Happiness is a hard thing to define historically. But Rob defines it as experiencing joy in the present moment on a consistent basis. Then you have a happy life. And it sounds simple, but a lot goes into achieving this much sought after state of being. Living a life with intention, ensuring you define your time to allow room to do things that bring you feelings of joy, creating a balanced and harmonious existence. The default way we tend to get in a rhythm tends to cram all of our joyful moments in between work ending and going to sleep when we feel a relief from responsibility. And if that’s the only joy we get, then we’re in trouble. If you’re only hunting these pockets of joy, it makes happiness seem elusive, like something that you need to constantly chase. But integrating these moments of joy into your overall existence, to be experienced more consistently throughout each day, is the key to elevating your sense of overall happiness in your life.

This is real talk, been watching since the factory days. I am a student of the 90's hip-hop entrepreneur, you have that style but with discipline. Having fun while building is the only way while staying level. I appreciate you saying to cut out the obvious friction in a business. Rob once again, greatful! I'm down to be your test subject with that wearable. 😂 I'm a married man with two kids looking to REALLY change my lifestyle and wanting to inspire others while at it. Mentally it has taken a year plus to actually consider change and accepting that it is for the best, for my own happiness.
Everyday is a journey and battle. Fighting with weight, leaving addictions, staying away from toxic people and forgiving them but staying away, being a better father and husband after 13 years of marriage, being in jobs I definitely done for money but never had this joy you mention.
Currently chasing that joy, the right one, and focused on spreading it to my wife and children because for me more than money that is priceless. Although working on finding that work that also = joy 😊

This one was great. I’ve been the guy with an hour or two at the end of the night after working my face off, with a low joy ration. It’s good to hear the words and reprogram my mind how to allocate time. Rob, on another note, will you please create this app!

I know exactly what you mean Rob my life just as every life has a purpose and I’ve discovered that purpose! I’ve found total enlightenment. I can prove it! I can tell you the real story of life and our evolution and I can tell you how it all changes through all people and we bring heaven to earth. Here’s a sample and then you decide for yourself how enlightened I am. The medicine wheel is a complete and true representation of life. We just at some point in evolution got told some lies. There’s truth in every religion! Because every religion was an attempt for god to communicate with us! Only for one brief second somehow the message was stained because someone feared losing heaven and it’s been the cancer ever since. A bunch of lies so blinding you can’t see the truth and light right in front of you! Right inside of you. We are all artists every expression is an art!! Something created from another’s mind is just a truth inside their reality. What gives it meaning or not, is your agreement to or against that something. The more agreements the stronger, more power whatever that something is gains. I promised total enlightenment I will deliver!! Can’t wait to talk you have my number. Thank you brother

@j3zproductions Although the Bible has some solid quotes, I don't think this channel would benefit from them. Those quotes were written by people just as flawed as you and I. Not everyone wants to be a follower of Jesus Christ. What if Rob just started reading from The Quran each episode? I'm sure it's got great wisdom, but the last thing the awesome channel needs is religious fanaticism.
