There are so many companies to do Titanium design in Srilanka for walls and floor, this video will be really helpful for budget home designs as regular titanium finish is really expensive.
මේ ක්‍රමේ ගොඩක්ම පහසුවෙන් කරගන්න පුලුවන්(හැබැ‍යි ටයිටේනියම් වලට ආදේශකයක් නෙමෙයි. ඒ වගේ පෙනුමක් ගන්න තමයි මේක හොඳ.
Getting a titanium wall or a floor done is a dream of most of us. it's much expensive. when you build a budget house in Srilanka, the high cost for titanium wall is not affordable. in this video, we have explained an easy method to complete a wall with a cement effect and will add a nice modern look for the house interior design.
Material Needed Tile - On - Tile adhesive (as per the wall size).
Tokyo Super bond (Orange color packet)
Mixture 4Kg per 1ltr of water.
The wall on the video is around 80 Sqft.
We used 12kg of Tile Adhesive for two coats
1/3 of 120P sandpaper
Clear Floor Wax (Small size is enough)
Application - as per the wall roughness and until getting a smooth surface.
The application method is similar to applying wall putty.
මේ බිත්තිය කරන්න අපි පාවිච්චි කලේ ටෝකියෝ සුපර් බොන්ඩ් ටයිල් උඩ ටයිල් කරන්න පාවිච්චි කරන මෝටාර්(Adhesive) එක - තැඹ්ලි පාට පැකට් එක.
ඒකම පාවිච්චි නොකලහොත්, මේ වගේ අලු පාට ගන්න බැරි වෙයි.

ටයිටේනියම් ආලේපනය ශක්තිමත් බවින් වැඩි නිසා ටයිටේනියම් කලාම අතුල්ලලා හෝදන්න පුලුවන්.
වැක්ස් ආලේප කලත්, ටයිටේනියම් පොලොවක එන (Gloss, Smooth) නිමාව ලබාගත නොහැකි නිසා, පොලොවට මෙය කල නොහැකියි. පොලොවේ ඇවිදිනකොට එන කුණු පැල්ලම් ඇතිවීම වලක්වා ගැනීමට නොහැකි වෙයි.
ටයිටේනියම් බිත්ති වල වගේ අලංකාර කුඩා ඉරිතැලීම් මෙම බිත්තියේ බලා ගත නොහැකියි.
ඉතාමත් පහසුවෙන් cut cement වගේ බිත්තියක් ඔබම කරගන්න.

Application may be difficult due to lower workability. So i think we can use skim coat and add normal cement to get the color. normal skim coat contain cement around 10%. so we can add more portland cement. for exterior, it should be resistant to heat and moisture. we can add redispersible polymer powder (Elotex), 01kg or 02kg for 100kg

Sandpaper එක 180.
සර්ජිකල් මාස්ක් එකක් පාවිච්චි කරන්න එපා. එය ප්‍රමාණවත් නෑ මේ වගේ දෙයකට. ඊට වඩා ආරක්ශිත ක්‍රමයකට නාසය ආවර්ණය කර ගන්න.

සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම පොටි හූරලා දාන එක කරදර නිසා, බිත්තිය මතු වෙනකන් තැනින් තැන කුඩා කඩතොලු කරගන්න එක සුදුසුයි.
මුලින් පොඩි තැනක ආලේප කරලා බලලා තීරණය කරන්න.
කපරාරු නොකරපු බිත්තියකට මෙම ආලේපය කරනවානම්, තැනින් තැන එක එක උසවල් එයි,ගල් බඳිනකොට එන උස් පහත් තැන් නිසා. ඒක නිසා apply කරන්න ටිකක් අමාරු වෙයි.

There's a dry titanium method can apply for cement plastered walls and cement bed rendered floors as well as in using this dry titanium method we can apply titanium on existing floor. E.g. on tile floor, on coloured cement floors.
Yes can rough use hard and shine like a tile
Nerox titanium mixture ,hardner,sealer ,wax can use on tile or dry floor
No cracks and shine like a marble

2. Watch other walls and read comments for outside walls and walls getting wet.
Not getting a gloss finish similar to titanium .cannot use for floor
Only to get cement look for decorative wall.
3. The walls i did long ago ar not waxed again.
But if we wax again we can get the wet look.
You can get similar look with SF outdoor putty gray color.

Is it Good? If you asked before doing it, i could have ask not to do as this is bit rough, and dirt patches will absorb quickly.
Try a matt varnish kind of paint on top. Wapp had a clear paint. But dont know that its available now.

I tried this today in one of my wall but it didnt work... When i use sand paper to smooth it it didnt become smooth... It just look like plaster wall (කපරාදු) only becoming rough not smooth wht to do?

I did this with swisstek adhesive and once it was applied its color was nearly olive and it was really impressive. Dont we have a method to keep olive color. I mean cant we mix a color with clear wax. (Only a suggestion ) any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank u.
