The fire at the hotel was an electrical fire that originated in the service area behind the hotel kitchen. It was more smoldering with lots of toxic fumes rather than a fiery blaze; but enough to shut down the hotel.
This gave me so many cathartic chuckles, I think the FNAF screenshot was the final nail in the coffin. Man I feel like I need some spicy Breyerfest experiences in my life but I don't think my pale English ass could handle the strength of KY sun.
Well here’s mine. BreyerFest 2018. The NPOD. The line started as usual with us on the sidewalk. But at some point we were asked to move to the other side of the road. When we all did so, we saw someone’s stuff still hadn’t been moved because they weren’t actually there. HOURS pass by. It’s probably around midnight and a family of four - mom and dad and two daughters show up. They start yelling, asking why we hadn’t moved their stuff?? A couple ladies near me jumped in, saying why should we? Y’all left? The mothers exact words were “we have better things to do then sit in line all day. We wanted to shop at the clarion.” It got SO heated. Breyer volunteers in line tried to contact Breyer. The father was an inch away from physically punching someone trying to stand up for us all and get them to leave. The daughters of the parents looked embarrassed. In the end, they got their way and squirmed their way back into line. I have no idea who those parents are, but I’ve never met such despicable people. And needless to say I never have done the NPOD again 😅
I've never been in person, but the horror stories I've heard about on Facebook. I guess someone stole a Breyerfest banner from the covered arena one year? Also a lot of stolen horses from last year.
No mention of the one lady that stole all those valuable resins & stashed them in the trunk of her car at CHIN? She had over $5000 worth of painted AR’s just piled up in the tiny trunk of her sports car. She was arrested after hotel security called the police.
Dude this year I was accused of fucking shop lifting by those people across from Chelsea's model horses, that other ball room that people wait outside of, and they have a chain across the door or whatever. I had bought a few models myself that night, I had one in a bag, and then I had my wimpys chic under my arm, no bag on her I was just carrying her around. Anyway my friend went in their room to sell a model to them (which they sold her short on and were rude) so I turn around and walk back out, because it's mega cramped in there and I'm just gonna wait outside. Well I turn around to stand in the hall and I literally have this old man with a beard coming after me from their room trying to snatch the model out from under my arm, mind you he's reaching towards places he has no business reaching towards. I honestly wasn't even sure what to do, maybe I was just in shock. Lmao I'm like these are mine and I paid for them they didn't come out of your room, mind you I'm horrified and embarrassed at this point because there was a lot of people out there and they're all staring, and when I showed him the tag on her foot that literally came out of someone else's room THEN he apologized. I told my mom about it later and she wanted to go back and fight him. 💀
