Hi Lilia, why don't you use a backpack when you shop for groceries? It's very handy to carry stuff in the shop and on your bicycle, in comparison to the canvas bag you use. :)
Hi Lilia might I suggest to buy a peeler. The way you were peeling might be risky. Also buy a grater for ginger and garlic. And grate your ginger for that water to make the best use of your ginger

Hey lily, I would recommend to disinfect your groceries. I used to think my mom was doing it too much till one of the sales men at the groceries stores we buy from had the corona virus .

In addition, use gloves and protective mask while outside - you never know who has touched what. Wash the fruits and vegetables with hot water and soap, disinfect all the packaged food, wash your hands thoroughly

Do you mean disinfecting using an alcohol-based product? if so, it is not recommended to disinfect your groceries as you may get poisoning.

my favorite way to eat oatmeal is on the stove with milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and condensed milk 😊😋 cooked long and slow, soft and soupy.

You can totally do it with bigger veggies (or a mix of big and small), but i have noticed that the borsch broth becomes more flavorful if the pieces are smaller! So cute that your dad makes it tho ❤️

Love the video & overall the content of your channel:) ! But, you said that you drink lemon water everyday in the morning, have you ever considered a stainless steel straw? The lemon is very acidic which is bad for your teeth and might eventually cause tooth problems. If you really like to drink it everyday a straw might (just a suggestion, I'm not sure) be helpfull to prevent tooth problems❤.

You can also do it without beets! It’s called shi, which is the Russian version of borsch (borsch is Ukranian) 💕

I’m living so vivaciously through your videos as I’m watching this from Japan as I live there. It makes me so sad to be reminded of how easy it is to get organic, healthy, vegetarian food in the States, versus how difficult it is here in Japan (I’m from the United Kingdom but it’s easy there too!). It frustrates me that Japan is just not accommodating at all when it comes to food, and especially not accommodating for vegetarians... it’s impossible to make anything unless you want to fry it, and there’s such a lack of variety of tastes here. It seems that people here consider meal without meat as not a true, filling meal. Coconut water or nut milks are just not a thing, vegetables are SO expensive and fruit is even worse! I haven’t eaten fruit in what feels like a millennia ... ugh I’m living vicariously through these videos.

Hey! I love this video and your style, however I’d just like to pop in and let you know that Parmesan isn’t vegetarian! Unfortunately it has animal rennet in it, same with some other cheeses such as Camembert and grana padano. A good alternative would be vegan Parmesan :) I’m not vegan myself but I’m an ethics vegetarian so I just thought I’d let you know xx
